This restaurant is truly a unique place and experience. Starting from its decor finishing with the food, all is elevated to the artistic form of expression. Food is masterfully plated, scrumptious and imaginative. Fish creations are the highlight of the whole experience but only until...all desserts are being served. I have to admit that sometimes a Pastry Chef was shining brighter than all others, which can be both - a star being born within the team but, also, a factor which imbalances the whole experience. After few bites of desserts fish quickly fades away from the memory. The only part, which I found, was unnecessary was the Wagyu, which, while sumptuously delicate and subtle, was rather bland comparing to anything else - especially two fish dishes which preceded it. Service and the whole team is extremely harmonious, professional, attentive and welcoming which made the entire experience even more spectacular and unique. All in all, this place rightfully deserves two Michelin stars but if Christophe is aiming for three, he would need to take the weight off the confection section and let his colours shine more in the main section to prove his creations are, and will be, truly unforgettable!More
