Worst coffee ever. Paid $5.50 for a hot flat white. The ‘coffee’ was white milk and water. There was no colour to the coffee yet it was supposed to have 2 shots. Don’t waste your money. I took two sips and threw it in the...bin.More

We stopped here once for fuel on the way to Uluru, it was busy with caravans everywhere and lined up 5 deep. Fuel was more expensive than Fuelmap suggested but was still within the realms of outback fuel. Our second visit was less hectic, and...we had a hamburger I had the stack which was around $16 and it was a huge meal I could have share it easily. My wife had a steak sandwich – we would rate both at very good to excellent. Not bad for a busy place with the current shortages in staff. They have a number of Emus to see as well.More

Between Alice Springs and getting to Ayers Rock this place is a perfect stop. The staff is great, food is really good but most importantly, awesome coffee ☕. The facilities are good and it's fairly quiet out the back in the park. There's the emu...enclosure and a sunrise/sunset viewing platform, good for photos. Nothing to complain about here, would happily come back.More

Thank you so much for your review Belinda; we really appreciate it. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your time at Erldunda Roadhouse.
Perfect location for a stop on the drive between Alice and Uluru.
Staff really really friendly and helpful, burgers and chips awesome. Emu enclosure off to the side very amusing (they like chips).
Also had knick knacks/souvenirs etc. One stop shopping (and petrol).
There is...also a pub on the some site - but I was just at the shop counter.More

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your visit with us :)
This place is worth stopping for lunch, not just because it's half way from Alice Springs to Uluru but because you won't be disappointed. It's not only a good outback roadhouse with petrol, toilets etc. but the freshly cooked food (we had barra burger, steak...sandwich, chicken wrap and BLT) were outstanding.More

Thank you for your review Billy; we really appreciate it! We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit at Erldunda Roadhouse :)
I have road tripped from Adelaide through to Alice Springs and out of all the places we have stopped throughout this week and a half I still crave the food from Erldunda Roadhouse. For the price the chicken schnitzel was massive! Not only the food...but the bartender Paul was so great. He was super friendly, warm and welcoming, your probably couldn’t find a better bartender to work there. He and the food have now become a very fond memory of our pit stop there. Thank you!
The French lady who makes the coffee in the souvenir section is really nice, her coffees were good! The only downside is the chips (which I was dreaming about getting again) were luke warm instead of nice/hot/crunchy.
That was not the lady’s fault though I just thought I should add that in.
If I was to go on another roadtrip again this spot will be a MUST!More

Thanks for stopping with us in the Centre of the Centre Ann, and we're so glad your family enjoyed the animals!
Stopped in for fuel due to using more than we planned due to windy conditions. Fuel was more than 50 cents a litre dearer than Alice Springs. I would expect to pay extra but that seemed exorbitant. We also got a toasted ham, cheese and...tomato sandwich which came out of a Bain maree and was soggy with extremely hard crusts. At a guess I would say it had been sitting there for several hours. Also had the tomato end in it complete with core. Also had a chicko roll which also appeared to have been sitting for way too long due to it being hard and dry. Please change your pre cooked food regularly! Overall disappointing.More
