Went with family - at my son/daugter-in-laws suggestion - and what a delightful surprise. The food was very good, staff attentive and what a wonderful place if you have small children. Have been again on a few occasions and would return if it was just...More

Came here after a swim on Kings Bay for a drink and some dessert. There is a lovely outdoor seating area with picnic tables, some of which have a view over Kings Bay beach. After a 10 minute wait or so, we managed to secure...More

Big car car park, friendly staff, amazing soft and outdoor children's play areas is a pretty good start. Add good ale, freshly cooked food with a good selection and it becomes even better. The acid test- going back again? Yes tomorrow!!

Food is your average family friendly stuff. Though being by the sea they may have more options. Allowed dogs outside with water bowels available.

Hello, The negative reviews would be a perfect opportunity for management to address the issues raised by customers and yet you haven't, your silence is testament and gives credence to the customers who felt that they received bad service but it also speaks volumes about the level of customer service one can expect and the arrogance of believing that trip advisor reviews have no weight to them in terms of potential customers. Why have you not attempted to explain and apologise to disgruntled customers? Emma Flavell

Totally agree with the other responses, I've only ever experienced good service at the Digby and we've eaten there many times as the kids love the play area. Even when another customer got drunk and verbally abused other... More

Hi I'm not sure whether dogs are allowed inside but they supply water bowls outside and we have seen dogs waiting for tasty morsels to fall from the wooden tables! John
