Went for lunch with a couple of friends and must say this little cafe is well worth a visit. Good wholesome food and very reasonably priced.

Love the Diamond Espresso for their freshly baked apple and cinnamon scones. The staff are friendly and they serve quick, breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas.

I was reconnoitering in Magherafelt before attending a wedding. This self service restaurant was recommended to me by two local citizens. I had a small "Ulster Fry" which was provided promptly. It was hot, tasty, appetising - and of good value. Hygiene appeared to be good and tables were cleared promptly. Staff were friendly and efficient. Coffee and pastry a... More

Have been a long time customer but today when I brought my two small grandchildren in with me, was charged £2 a piece for two each of small ice creams, each only a scoop. Didn't even have a proper pricing item on receipt for them. They were 'billed' as take-out sandwiches. Will not be back.

Anytime I am in Magherafelt, I will always call in to this cafe...you can't go wrong, good food, and the staff are so nice, it's a great place to go and have a wee snack, however, I usually go for their fry, only £4 and includes a tea or coffee! Bargain!!

The Diamond Espresson is great value 'home cooked' tasting food. Have tried the soups and they are very nice! The scones are just gorgeous and the lattes are excellent. Not pretentious, not trying to be anything other than a very clean, friendly and welcoming place to enjoy something really nice to eat!

This is a very small restaurant with basic surroundings. Tables are very tight together. I would not recommend it for anyone with pram or buggy. Staff are very pleasant and Food is quite good. They serve breakfast, lunch and various snacks. This restaurant is only open during the day.

One of the best eating places in Mid-Ulster and certainly the best café in Magherafelt, lovely food at very reasonable prices and the staff are really friendly. In particular love their toasted wraps and their coffees. Lovely atmosphere in the place and you're free to sit and talk at your leisure, prices are really great, recently went with four other...
