This beautiful restaurant set in a cave, is a perfect place to eat seafood. Staff is kind and friendly, Food was fresh and delicious. We had antipasti, 2 secondi piatti, wine and 2 desserts, all for 58 euros. And Polignano is the most beautiful city of Italy. I definitely could live there and eat at this restaurante everyday.

Had a very good meal here with my fish loving family. The mixed antipasti is stellar. Kids pasta primi were ok but not unite so good - they were therefore, being teenagers, welljel. Secondi were mixed; the boys mixed seafood grills fresh and tasty but a bit wysiwyg. Wife's seabream baked with olives perfection. My Zuppe with mussels and red... More

My sister and I celebrated my birthday dinner here. Hands down, the best seafood meal while visiting Southern Italy. We both ordered from the tasting menu. I highly recommend the fresh fish with the zucchini and potato even if you don't try the tasting menu. As a bonus, the prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is lovely and you are... More

Restaurant has a beautiful setting and we had a lovely meal. Think it was the owner who took our order was somewhat unsettled as my wife who is gluten free asked questions. The rest of the staff was more than accomodating and would certainly recommend. Maybe it was me!

The perfect restaurant for this magical town, set in a cave with warm friendly staff and wonderful menu selection. We had 3 courses and a bottle of wine all for 68 euros. The seafood was fresh and delicious and the dessert, "dirty mouth", was a nice finish to our meal. We will definitely return to this place.

Excellent food. Excellent ambiance. Excellent service. The owner seats you,, takes your order, explains the menu, etc., and speaks good English. Deserves its reputation for excellence.

What a beautiful restaurant! Cosy with a great atmosphere. Warm welcome from staff, with a free glass of sparkling wine each. Seafood pasta and clam gnochiette were both absolutely delicious! In total for 3 courses and a bottle of wine we paid €70.

We received a very warm welcome despite not having a reservation on a very busy evening. The whole grilled fish was excellent as were the mussels and the house dessert. The wine was also excellent and the evening was very enjoyable.

Had a wonderful dinner here on our last night in Italy. Daughter had tasting menu of tuna carpaccio, seafood pasta, grilled prawn, calamari and octopus, lemon Grenada and "dirty mouth" - pastry filled with cream and dusted in powdered sugar. All were scrumptious. I had fish "soup" which was more like seafood in a delicious tomato-based broth - mussels, tender... More

A charming place, a restaurant with all the features to become "historical", since it stands where the first stones of Neapolis were placed in the far Middle Ages, today Polignano a Mare. Antiche Mura Restaurant is like the "Rotonde", the enchanting restaurant of the monumental Hotel Negresco in Nice, the place preferred by the most renowned people. Our idea is to realize an attractive corner of the Apulian cuisine, combining simplicity and refinement of choice. What strikes, apart from our good cuisine, is the refinement of our restaurant and the attention paid to every single detail. Finally, natural politeness and professionality will make the atmosphere pleasant and harmonious, for an unforgettable moment to spend together with other people.
