SUCH good arroz con pollo here. We went back two nights in a row for it. And the fried potatoes they serve with it? Oh man. Seriously, so good. We had a pizza, too, and it was ok. Nothing too special but good! We will return!

Found this place on our way to one of our tours. The pizza was delicious and the chicken was very good as well. Would definitely go back.

I just visited Costa Rica with my family and out of all the places we went to the pizza here was by far the best. They have pizza, chicken, smoothies(alcoholic and regular), soda, beer, wine, and a lot more.

The place is nice and the staff is very kindly. One medium pizza is enough for 2 people. The pizza was very tasty but the masa is not the Italian one. But I guess it is so difficult to elaborate it with the ingredients from this country. To repeat again

We enjoyed excellent personal pizzas here and the service was excellent as well. The specialty pizzas were great and the portions were enough for us to take to our rental to have later that night.

We had lunch in town twice while staying up at Racho Pacifico ... the pizza is just the best and the staff are so friendly ... the open air dining area is pleasant with breezes even on the hottest days.

The first time i went to La Fogata I didn't enjoy my food because it arrived too late, but all my friends were happy with their "pizza and spaghetti", so I thought that I will give them a second chance. It wasn't a good idea because again the food -all of them, not only my "foccacia"- arrived too late.... If... More

We noticed signs for this place all over town so decided to try it. We pulled up to a beautiful yet empty restaurant. Usually we see emptiness as a bad sign but it was raining all day so we thought maybe people were not going out to eat. We sat down and waitress brought menus over. Did not greet us,... More

This is the next pizza I have ever eaten. And a great value. Don't leave Costa Rica without trying La Fogata!
