After hearing lots of good reviews about Bambou we decided to eat here a few weeks ago and I was not disappointed. The service was faultless and the food was fantastic, couldn't complain about a thing. Everything came out exactly as we ordered it and really quickly too! Looking forward to eating here again!

Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. However the food was just OK! I haven't been to this place for a couple of years and the standards have slipped. Starters fantastic, main course poor. With one of the fish dishes returned as they forgot to bone it and the fillet steak Cantonese style was over cooked and like... More

Used to be an amazing chinese, best there could be, but due to obvious drop in money coming in the food has went down in standards, mostly vegetable used to pile up dishes and less meat is used. Only get takeaway now as it is very uncomfortable being the only table in a restaurant and the staff make it very... More

I asked the Manager John to recommend me a Chicken dish as I couldn't make. My mind up! He took the time to ask what I like. So I said I love sweet rather than sour and mildly hot. Withing 5-10 mins it was sitting on my table in front of me. I've no idea what it was called but... More

Great service, lovely curry, but the talbot is even better ..the atmosphere of the restaurant creates your tables own space without overhearing other groups conversations. Good wine selections.

Enjoy having lunch here, not too busy, staff attentive and pleasant, nice menu which is a reasonable price, Have also had evening meals here, but find if it's early evening it can be noisy with children.

We called into mals because it had an outside seating area and we had a dog with us. The staff were friendly and the food was OK ... Having the dog with us was not a problem. Not brilliant food, but inexpensive, so good value for money.
