Beautiful property, outstanding service, great wines, delectable food! From the moment we entered and were greeted with blue champagne until we left, this experience was excellent. Try as many wines as you can. In addition to blue champagne, try pink prosecco, strawberry Splendia wine and more traditional chianti and merlot. I ordered a dozen bottles to be shipped to me... Start with their Prosecco and stick with the Rossi. Their fried polenta is wonderful and the truffled ravioli is silky great.

We went as part of our tour with a group of 16. Appetizers were very good and we were served 5 different types of wine produced on site. The T-bone steak was almost too big to eat but tasty. The entertainment was a 4 piece band with the lead singer dancing with the female guests which was fun. Nice evening.

Others have written that the service was less than satisfactory. This was not the case for us. We enjoyed a fabulous 5 course meal with excellent, friendly and attentive service. There was live music with an excellent trombonist. The "Libero" wine was excellent. We were sorry to have this evening come to an end, as it was one of the... More

Like many reviewers, we were part of a tour group (Gate 1) which included this meal and activity as part of the vacation package. We sat outdoors in a lovely area and everyone was offered the same self-serve antipasto options to start. It was all delicious. We were then served a pasta dish, followed by a variety of grilled meats.... More

Our group of ten had dinner at Tre Pini a few weeks ago. The restaurant had fairly good online reviews, but we were disappointed. The kitchen seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests that evening - our mains took forever to arrive. And then, they came a few at a time. There was no apology on the part of the... More

We stayed in the neighborhood and so on two evenings that were not too crowded, we enjoyed some very good food at I Tre Pini with a table of 8 friends. But the whole experience was destroyed by a service that crossed the threshold to rude and discriminatory to non-Italians ... even though we had an Italian-speaker with us. Loved... More

Went there with a Globus Tour but found the personal touch not lacking. Blue sparkling wine on arrival was sweet and delicious. The food kept coming and the whole night was pleasant and memorable.

Description
"Traditional Tuscan cuisine, wholesome dishes and ingredients from our land. Founded and managed by our family from four generations, we follow a philosophy of quality and tradition." Housed in a farmhouse from the '500, I Tre Pini is located in the enchanting hills of Chianti region. The restaurant has several dining rooms furnished in elegant Tuscan style with large fireplaces warming the interior in the winter, and in the summer, surrounded by a large private park, I Tre Pini is perfect for pleasant evenings in the manicured garden. It was initially a post house, where travelers would stop to rest and change their horses before continuing along the road known as "The Wine Road" of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini. Careful and sensitive restoration work has now turned it into an elegant restaurant with great attention to detail. Come in and discover the finest delights of Tuscan cuisine, and enjoy the peace and quiet of a garden deep in the green, with cypress trees and splendid vineyards all around. OUR CUISINE, HOMEMADE, WITH LOVE The traditional home cooking and is the strong point of I Tre Pini, which aims to enhance the quality and freshness of its preparations making us remember those flavors now lost. The specialties are prepared with great care by expert hands that work with passion in what they do by putting all the love for cooking and tradition of the area. Everything is seasonal at the Inn as we buy greens and vegetable from our local producers. Each ingredient is produced in a different season so that it can be highly appreciated and above all we help the local and rural economy of our "neighbours".
