Koozina is hidden away but what a lucky find! Downstairs is a small restaurant (believe upstairs is used in bad/cold weather) with only 6 tables which gives a lovely intimate vibe. The owner and his daughter (?) are very welcoming and the food was a...delight. Was sorry that we ate here on our last evening in Rhodes, otherwise we’d definitely have returned again. The wine and food was amazing - highly recommend.More

We loved the food here so much that we visited twice in one week! It took us a while to find the restaurant but it's totally worth it. The owner is very enthusiastic about the wine and won't steer you wrong. As for the food...I...have never had better ravioli anywhere, and the complimentary baklava was a religious experience! We visited again on our last night and the food was just as amazing. Definitely recommend.More

We pre booked the restaurant a week before and ate there last night. It’s a simple calm small restaurant, a welcome change to the hubbub outside. We ordered wine that was €19.50 per bottle. We could not pronounce the Greek name but the English word...captain was in the title so there was no confusion. The meal was nice but awkward when the bill came. We were charged €28 for the wine. We obv questioned this. The response was they did not have the wine we had chosen, they had a better one with the same name, gave us that and charged accordingly. This was not a mistake. They knew they had done it but decided not to tell us and give us a choice of an alternative. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. Diner beware.More

Not only was this my favourite restaurant in all of Rhodes, it was overall the best dining experience I had while on my trip to Greece. Koozina is a modern twist on traditional Greek cuisine that brings new life to the local flavour and culture...of the islands. The restaurant is located in the quaint historical old fortress city in Rhodes Town. We were greeted by the owners of the restaurant. Both Petro and his sister were excellent hosts who treated our party with great enthusiasm and hospitality. We ordered the ceviche and shrimp marauding for our appetisers. The use of wasabi and seaweed gave both dishes extraordinary flavour that we enjoyed greatly. For the main courses, we ordered the stuffed squid, risotto, and salmon. The accent inclusion of the fishroe sauce on the stuffed squid made it a delicious meal. The risotto was beyond creamy and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The ambience was perfectly warm. Frida kahlo and hanging lanterns made for an exquisite setting. Our chocolate ganache cake was a Devine dessert . All in all - idyllic aesthetic with a divine meal.More

Very tasty food and cozy athmosphere. The menu is not so varied, but it's absoltely amazing! I really don't know how to described it, but if you are going in Rhodes it's a must to eat at least once at Koozina. The experience it is...fabulous. We stayed in Rhodes 10 nights and we eat 4 times here. I am not a sea food "lover"but here everything it's different. Many thanks to Petros ( the owner), who was very friendly and helpful with choosing the dishes.Anyway at least we tried almost everything from the menu :))))More

If you don't let the incorrect tripadvisor adress fool you, you're in for a treat! They have moved to a more intimate and quiet location two blocks in. Few tables, incredible food and service. We had 6 starters and they were all a culinary experience....No doubt the mains are just as good (we've booked tomorrow to confirm my suspicion). All tables reflected our enthusiasm, and vocalized it! The intimate atmosphere combined with passionate service from the owners made this a very special experience! There are several top notch restaurants in oldtown (we've tried them all), but this had them all beat! Don't miss out!More
