This restaurant is now run by some Chinese people. I got some heavily deep fried chicken + rice served in a styrofoam tray. The chick at the counter were not super friendly.

This restaurant no longer emphasizes Panamanian food. It now serves Chinese food. There was nothing very exciting in what we ordered, fried wonton, fried rice and noodles.

This is a simple Panamanian family restaurant. It deserves a review for the pollo al ajillo (garlic chicken) which was one of the best dishes we've had anywhere in Panama.

If you are in a rush, skip this place, but if you want some real Panamanian food, made to order, stop by. There were 4 of us dining for lunch, and only 1 other couple in the restaurant, and we waited a long time for our food, but it was well worth the wait. We had been warned by others... More

The pollo guisado was flavorful and cheap- as good typical panamanian fare should be. Highly recommended. This place gets poppin around lunch time so be prepared for slower service or come at a weird time.

This restaurant is fabulous and was our favorite in El Valle. The food was great (Pollo Guisado!), milkshakes (Bannana!) are delicious, and the prices are so reasonable. We ate here twice in 3 days : )

Although this is only under resturants, they have a wonderful secret of 4 or 5 cheap rooms in the back for $20-25/night. There was a surrounding garden and privacy in this small idyllic enclosure. Our comfortable small room and their restaurants food for lunch and/or dinner made for a pleasant experience. The small village of El Valle has convenient grocery... More

We ate lunch and dinner here and would have eaten breakfast but it was full. The place is clean and offers good Panamanian food. The beer is cheap and cold. At one meal we had grilled pollo, bistec a la plancha (both with sides) and 2 beers total cost was $12.50. The whole fried corvina was excellent. If you want breakfast... More

This restaurant was clean and the food was good but the service was horribly slow. We waited 40 forty minutes for a coffee and when we got our bill it was for $25 when it should have been $16.50. Horrible service and overcharging makes me say that this restaurant should be avoided.
