There is an array of different food stores ranging from local to international foods. It is extremely cheap to eat at Long Beach. The prices range from AUD $2.00 to $10.00. I would highly recommend this place to visitors as the food is amazing and...More

We ordered satay, fried oyster and wantan mee. As a local, i would say that the food was just average, you can easily find better food in Georgetown. Service was not good, tried few times to waive at the lady who takes order for the...More

This place is where a lot of local expats go for cheap meals. Set beside the night market around 20 or so small restaraunt owners all offering something a little different. Fresh seafood, pasta Dishes, pizza ,local Penang dishes, your able to order a beer...More

Lots of small food stall with great food. You choose a table and then go to the relevant stalls and order foods. Each stall then bring the food to your table where you pay them in cash. Not a fancy place but very local, charming...More

Its a great concept to allow choice of many types of food. Maybe we picked the wrong food but we couldn't say that we enjoyed any of the many dishes we ordered.

This place was amazing. If you cant find anything you like them maybe you should stay home. All the food was cheap and wonderful. We went back 3 days in a row.

We ate here a few times during our weeks stay, we loved it. There is so much choice, everything we tried was really delicious. And it's so cheap! Great atmosphere as well.

Cheap local hawker food freshly made. Many different varieties. Try satay man... 20 chicken or beef skewers for au $6. And try spring roll lady early because she always sells out. Plastic chairs and tables with local cats wandering around. Great food and very cheap!

As far as I am aware there are no stalls serving gluten free meals. And if I may be so bold 'gluten free' meals are unheard of at Long Beach.

Long Beach is a collection of street stalls surrounding the sitting area. It is located outside and offers many cuisines including Malaysian. In the area there are not so many restaurants offering Malay food so I thought it appropiate to add this 'restaurant' to the listings, although most would probably not class it as a conventional one!
