This was my favorite restaurant on Holbox for a special meal. I was sorry to see that they had closed and that no one could tell me if they had moved or would reopen

Had the clams appetizer. A bit salty and not a ton of clams for the price, but really nice service and good atmosphere. The complimentary celery spread was interesting. I would return to try other things on the menu.

La guaya is the very best restaurant In Holbox. We come here every year and every year, Luca surprises us with new dishes. Be prepared ! In an outstanding location out of the village noise, a very friendly service, you can go for it your eyes closed.

Celery and Ginger sweet sour works well! Starter fish was fresh but meet seriously overcooked! -Make sure you sprayed against Mosquitos!

Beware of the hype, there is nothing here worth your time, or, especially your vacation money; you will need a lot of it. From the outside, and from the reviews(?), it looks and sounds like a high end restaurant. In reality one would argue using the phrase "rip off" should be inserted somewhere. Getting what you pay for, or not,... More
