If you want a great tip about this restaurant is this: get a table NEAR the kitchen, as the weather in Tepoz is quite chilly almost all year round, you will want your food hot. I have been seated in other occasions by the balcony or the terrace and the food makes it cold all the way from the kitchenk,... More

Nice colonial place. Decoration is very festive. You can watch women cook your breakfast, make tortillas, and other dishes. Good breakfast, great stop in tepoztlan. Get thete early or ypu will stand in line on weekends.

Service is good and the best chicken Mole, Just would rather eat in the centro market place where the prices are much cheaper, and very authentic too unless you dnt mind bench seating as opposed to a table setting or for private dinner affairs where sectioned off areas seat patrons in the upstairs area

Great breakfast and brunch options! We were a group of twenty one and. They were able to accommodate us nicely with a slight wait...so call ahead of you are a big group. the open traditional style kitchens are amazing! Worth the wait!

The food is really tasty and the service is fast! The place itself is really colorful, big, and clean. The food is affordable and representative of the place. Good place to share with family, friends or partner

I had dinner at the Colorines with my wife and some friends and we all loved it! The food was really tasty and real mexican. Te decorarion was very artractive, service very good. The price was right for such a quality dinner. Probably the best beef I ate during my hokidays in Mexico. Congrarulations!

Finally got my breakfast nachos here and the best limonada of my life. In all fairness, we ate here after hiking El Tepotzeco so maybe I would have been happy with McDonalds but it was a nice spot to go to lunch and reasonably priced. Our meals were good and the atmosphere was fun!

This is a nice place to stop and have lunch, but it is not the best in Tepoz. The service, meal, and food are all average. We shared their best "botana" and was mostly "chicharron", and their "arracheras" were not outstanding, as they claimed.

Our group of eight had no reservation but we were seated fairly promptly. The atmosphere is colorful and lots of fun. We enjoyed the food. If you like mole, have the chicken mole; it's very rich and tasty. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy a meal after a long afternoon in Tepoztlan enjoying the carnival festivities.
