This was our second time at Union Street and another amazing meal! The wait staff are great and the menu is a wonderful variety. All of our meals have been incredible. The atmosphere is very fun and the desserts are to die for!

Even with new ownership The Union Street Café is still a great place to eat. The atmosphere, staff and food are excellent. I recommend the Asian Nachos, Yummy!

First time at this restaurant. As I love seafood I had to try the fish and chips. The fish was haddock and probably the best feed of fish I had in a long time! Neither the fish nor the french fries was greasy. We will be going back again and checking out other choices on the menu!! My compliments to... More

Enjoyed a yummy lunch visit today with a friend at Union Street. Had the tomato Parmesan soup, tasty with an amazing in house tea biscuit. The soup was accompanied with a really yummy, fresh Caesar salad... perfect amount of garlic! Chef Chris continues to do an outstanding job! Service was very attentive and friendly. Decor is always fun, decorated beautifully... More

Yesterday we stopped at the Union Street for lunch. It is usually quite busy and it was yesterday too. However, after we were seated and water was passed from a nearby table where a group was lunching and not all expected had arrived, we were left with the menu for almost 15 minutes before wait staff re-appeared. A beer ordered... More

Got a take-out order of fish and chips. There was no cole slaw nor tartar sauce in the bag. Worst of all the fries must have came from the dregs of the cooker , they were overcooked and hard , and really not edible. The fish wasn't bad. Later that night I had a sore stomach trying to digest those... More

This place came highly recommended by friends, so we chose a wet Saturday to drive there for lunch. We weren't disappointed. The vacant parking spots right outside suggested it wasn't going to be busy - and we were only the second guests. But by the time we left, there were another half-dozen tables occupied. If you just look at the... More

We enjoyed a delicious supper at The Union Street Cafe while travelling the Annapolis valley. First impression was that it was a cozy small town diner but were we in for a pleasant surprise. The menu was not typical but varied in choice, and as platters were served to tables around us our mouths watered making it even more difficult... More

We happened to be in Berwick the evening of a Blues/Jazz event at the cafe. We shared a massive pile of ribs and sweet potato fries, YUM! But the music was a real treat, Joe Murphy with his raspy bluesy voice was wonderful.
