Un-empathetic, rude staff that traumatized a child and had no remorse for it while they had created a permanent fear in the child to goto any other restaurant.

Very disappointed with ordering the rib eye steak. Advertised as 350g+, on its arrival it merely looked a little larger than a 2min steak! Maybe around 200g including the sawn in half bone.... not even a full bone. Staff merely said it’s the supplier that’s...under serving the weight size, I said perhaps review the price then to reflect what your actually serving. No options available only that if they replace the meal it still will be unsized as that’s all their receiving. Atmosphere was great, drinks and everything else great, they just need to review the serving sizes and prices...More

Pretty good food and novelty of having an ice rink attached. Has the feel of a North American sports bar. Would go back.

We went along not having ever heard of this place and to my surprise it was very good...great watching a game of ice hockey as well

Huge meals and amazing tasty vegan and vegetarian options. Cool surrounding (haha it’s overlooking the ice rink), great customer service. Have visited half a dozen times and never disappointed.

Had the ribs which were huge, tender & very tasty, plus an imported pale ale which was also very good.

Tucked away in the Cockburn Ice Arena, this was a great little find. We went there as a family to celebrate our son's 16th birthday. The staff were lovely and wished him a happy birthday. The menu was very Canadian and the male diners very...much enjoyed the Canadian style Parmi's and pulled pork nachos. I had the fish, which was fresh and grilled to perfection. All the meals were beautifully presented, fresh, hot and tasted delicious. The prices were very reasonable and the staff very friendly and all too happy to accommodate any special dietary requests. Definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back. Thank Cabin 401 for a wonderful dining experience.More

After one failed attempt due to a power outage, finally made it to dinner tonight and was looking forward to trying their food after reading so many positive reviews. Straight away disappointed that at 7 pm on a Saturday night - with half the restaurant...empty, they were already out of Jalapeno Poppers and most of their Saturday Special Deserts. When our meals came out, they were bulked up with chips which were of inconsistent temperatures - some were lukewarm, some nice fresh and hot and even some that were stone cold. The menu is limited to mainly burgers, wings or parma - and is similar to any counter meals available at most pubs, just with more expensive drinks and no salad bar!. Cost of 4 mains only (no complimentary bread, no sides, entrees or deserts) and 2 soda fountain drinks $123! to me, that is way too expensive for what we got. Would I go back again - definately not.More

Talk about a restaurant with a difference, being able to sit down and watch people on the ice training there jumps and or practicing ice hockey. Fantastic. Plus the decor inside of the restaurant just felt so right. We ordered the steak and chips, i...had mine with garlic butter and my friend with pepper sauce. The meals came out quickly and my garlic butter was lovely over my steak. My friend loved his pepper sauce too. We were both so happy with our meals and our wait staff was super friendly and lovely. All in all we had a great time and even indulge in desert we both tried the baked cheese cake, i have to admit this wasn't that great, very dense. But we still had a great time with the atmosphere of the people coming and going plus the friendly staff and watching the training and the little kids in there hockey gear was cute. Will come again, maybe for a real hockey game next time.More

I was very impressed with vegan options and quality of food. Jackfruit tacos were really good. Thai red jackfruit curry was also good but would suggest it really needed vegetables in the curry as well and the portion was a little small.
