Calamari was from frozen and too salty, broccoli was streamed in Salt water, gnocchi was too salty...chef covered everything in salt. Food presentation was nice and service was prompt but other than that for a good meal on property go to Stingray Cafe (lower-level by marina) hands down is the best...otherwise go off property and enjoy local fare.

We had a similar experience as the most recent reviewers, they were able to accommodate us without a reservation, but it was a good 15 minutes before someone even greeted us at the hostess station, and the service was slow. The food IS good, and they made some accommodations to the menu for our "picky eaters". The desserts looked delicious,... More

Everything was delicious. Desiree took great care of us. We went there 3 out of the 5 nights we stayed at El Conquistador.

Service was poor. Did not have two dinners we requested because they did not have shrimp left. Not too friendly and extremely expensive.

After waiting too long to be acknowledged by the waitstaff, we encountered unhappy staff throughout the meal. The food, while decent or better, was overshadowed by the lack of attentiveness from our servers. We felt like we were a burden upon them which made us uncomfortable and impacted our experience. On a positive note the pastas were quite good. The... More

After eating at Chops the night before, we found La Piccola Fontana lacking. The service was slow and not kid friendly. The kids meal is six different kinds of pasta, no other options.

While visiting/vacationing at the El Conquistador in PR, we decided on Italian Cuisine. The wait staff was absolutely famominal. Food was fantastic! I had the homemade tagliatelle with sausage and my wife had polla marsala. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was mello even though it was school break. You won't be disappointed.

We went for dinner for Valentines day. They had a valentines day special dinner which they said was not part of the All inclusive. Almost every second entree was not included in the All inclusive. The Brushetta was the worst I ever had on really rock hard stale bread which is too bad because they do have fresh bread that... More
