Not the best cafe in the world but certainly not the worst. The cooked breakfast is ok but the brown sauce is the worst. It's like really vinegary water and not pleasant. The fresh made coffee is good though and reasonably priced.

good coffee, lovely friendly and caring staff.Well worth a visit but eat upstairs as a little noisy downstairs. Food very good took my brother his partner and children for lunch and they were really impressed with the food.Another loo needed upstairs as only one in use.

My chap and I were in town and fancied a quick lunch.. We popped in here and it was great. Had a nice varied menu, though as a vegetarian, there could have been a bit more choice, but the food was lovely and the service was good and not too expensive. It was a clean, fresh space and would return.

Smallish cafe on the butter market. Few seats outside which is nice on a warm day. I ordered the full English breakfast which came with 2 slices of toast. With coffee it came to £7.50. Service was quick. The food itself was decent enough and made for a good start to the day.

Had the most lovely beans on toast, with mug of decaf ☕. It was tasty and hot. Good service and as it was a cold day, lovely to be in the warm

Very good cafe style comfort food. Excellent coffee and service. Very busy and quite noisy so not the place to go for a quiet meeting

It might have improved, but it's still a bit of a greasy spoon cafe. Not very sophisticated and average price. Good for a cuppa if you are visiting the bank or the market, but not to be recommended for much else, I'm afraid.

We visited this gem of a cafe whilst we were visiting our son and partner. First thing we noticed was how welcoming the staff were, greeting everyone with a smile. The service was first class and the food was delicious, and very well presented, we didn't have to wait long either before if arrived. If you are looking for somewhere... More
