This is a great place to get breakfast or coffee in the morning and a wonderful assortment of sandwiches, wraps, and salads for lunch. You order at the counter and they bring your order to your table. Limited seating, but laid back atmosphere.

We stopped in for an afternoon pick-me-up. The coffee was good, and there were still come almond croissants available. Very tasty! And not too expensive. We were glad we came.

If you're hungry and want a fantastic, freshly made, huge breakfast then this is the place! I had the veggie scramble, savory, wonderful flavors and bottomless. My husband had the breakfast burrito, loved it to the last bite. Seating was a bit tight on this crowded rainy morning but wasn't really a problem. We would eat there again, maybe sample... More

My friend and I ate here twice when we were visiting Zion. We split the Portobello & Fresh Mozzarlla Panini. My friend is a vegetarian. It was delicious, ever for me a big meat eater! The next morning we stopped in for a quick breakfast. My scrambled eggs were wonderful. Cooked just right for me. The fresh fruit was perfect... More

I enjoyed a bagel with cream cheese, capers and smoked salmon for my breakfast and my wife had eggs and toast. Coffee is excellent and there is a variety of hot and cold drinks. For lunches we had wraps and sandwiches.... More

There's something about Cafe Soleil. I've eaten there seven or eight times over the last few years. It's one step up from a coffee house, and one step down from a full service restaurant. If it had human parents, they'd be a combination of hippie and hiker -- kind of like the town of Springdale. The food consists of sandwiches,... More

We ate dinner here and I had a salad that was very good - with chicken and pecans. My husband had a gyro that he enjoyed. There had brownies that were delicious. After eating out for several nights - ths was a great treat!

My Dad and I ate here for 3 consecutive meals. Great menu. Tasty. Awesome coffee. They even prep meals for your climb. This was our favorite place to eat on the trip.
