It is hard to squeeze in here, but the food is great, and so is the service. We found it on one day of exploring, and made a point of swinging by one more time just to eat.
This place appears to be modeled after a 1950's diner. The servers are friendly and quick. The food is delicious and ample for breakfast. I had an omelette each day. The food is much much better than that of the Inn.
Beautiful architecture. And stock full of treasures. Son had to chase me out with the promise of ice cream!
A park employee told us about this place, it's just past Old Faithful Inn. We loved it, friend had a salad, I had fries and my only burger of the trip. Service was a bit slow. But, the food was very reasonable and quite good....More
We enjoyed shopping in the gift store here and thought we would grab some dinner. It was not good, dry chicken sandwich and bison burger, the slaw was good so I ate that. In general no food any place was good. Average at best!
So... I assume the food is good here, but we ended up just looking in the gift shop, using the restrooms, and grabbing some snacks and drinks to go. The building is really cool, and it was very fun to go in and look around....More
Very odd that you have to act .like a vulture and grab your own table, considering try have a wait staff and you can't just order to-go food. Burgers were fine. Buffalo chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked. Salads were okay, but grated parmesian cheese...More
We had beef and bison burgers and they were quite good. This is a nice place with good service. It is the best place to eat that we found in the Old Faithful area. We would go back any time.
