My friend and I were looking for a good place to stop for breakfast/brunch and saw this Bob Evans restaurant on Winton Road. I ordered a veggie omelette with goat cheese, hash browns and wheat bread bread. My friend ordered a special breakfast with two...eggs over easy, French toast, cubed potatoes and coffee. We both liked our meals. I asked for the omelette to be well done and it was done as I requested. Plenty of fresh vegetables in the omelette and tow pieces of wheat toast. I have been to many Bob Evans over the year but not to this location, and the food is reliable and good. The coffee is very good also- not bitter.More

I tried stopping by for dinner on Saturday 10-6-18 at 5:30 PM to walk in with nobody to seat customers, the wait began, then a girl walks over with no name tag and says right this way, we start walking to the rear of the...dining area and stops and says it's going to be a few minutes, HUH? I said there's several tables and booths right there, her response was we're not supposed to seat customers there, I said it's a restaurant so does it matter? It's not like it was a party room or anything. There were also several tables that were empty as soon as you walk into the left so she walks around and says how about this? Pointing to the tables to the left. That wasn't that hard. So I finally get a seat then a younger guy server says I'll be right with you, then he proceeds to walk behind me and start taking an order from at least a 10 people party and there was still more people of their party walking in and seating with the same group. So they're going to have to look over the menu and with this big order I'm sitting there by myself? Absolutely no excuse. I stood up and walked out. I would rate this store as a 0 if I could.More

The service left a bit to be desired, but the cinnamon pancakes were fantastic! Also a great place to pick up some deserts~

What a horrible experience. I treated myself to what I thought were carrots mashed potatoes and turkey dinner. The commotion at the counter was ridiculous. Molly cannot think without her mouth moving so every single order was verbalized then orders were getting mixed up left...and right by servers. NO FAULT TO THE COOKS. They put out the food ordered. My dinner was placed on the holding counter... 8 minutes before I saw my server Kora, I asked if that was MY dinner, she said NO, turned around and started looking, YES, it was my dinner. It was cold. No carrotts, she informs me, they are OUT of carrots, BIG reason I stopped here! I asked for a glass of water, never saw her again. I waited another 7 minutes for a check, I had to ask someone else, when right around the corner my server pops over to hand me the check. May I say through expiernce a not so quite dinner after a migraine day... (Mr Guzmann is useless) I had to listen to Molly's redicuoulness as she tried to make heads or tails of orders which she so DREADFULL FAILED! Paying.... one register wouldn't work so Guzmann says, OVER HERE, never asked how my order was, never raised his head to look me in the eyes. Didn't know if I was a man, woman or child nor did he care. Too busy to be Cordial!!(not busy and none waiting.. half empty dining room. I asked if I could have my receipt, he picks one up out of the trash and hands it to me and walks away. He didn't care that it WASN"T my receipt. I looked over and the trash was all over the floor with receipts. Guess he's TOO BUSY to clean up... maybe its not in his job description. I will NOT be back. By the way... the first cashier apologized said they were dealing with a new computer... NOT MY FAULT! CLOSE THE DOORS TILL YOU ALL LEARN IT!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.More

I visited the Bob Evans on winton Rd up by Galbraith Rd. And I ordered the broasted chicken tenders with brocolli with no butter, and French fries and for $2.00 more added a cup of broccoli cheese soup and a dessert. The food was very...yummy and fresh.More

We had an enjoyable breakfast on a late Tuesday morning in July 2016. Our server was Sam C., who was attentive and pleasant. We had pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, and home fries. Everything was good.

I have eaten at my fair share of Bob Evans in several states. I live in Fl now. Was originally from Ohio. This location is close to my family. Took my daughter for Lunch. What a Wonderful Young Man who was our server Panor P....We never had to ask for anything. I have also had great service and food in the past. It has always better than any other Bob Evans. It's consistent, and it's appreciated ! Upon leaving the checkout area was very busy with some large take out orders. I wanted to speak with a Manager to give compliments to Mr. Panor, but due to the large amount of people trying to pay to leave I thought I would place this review. I will also fill out the survey on my receipt. I did mention the great service and food was also very good to the young man at cash register. I am not sure if the compliments would be passed on. The place is very welcoming and appears clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommend and we will sure to return on our return to Cincinnati.More
