After 11 yrs in Cinci and moving from Youngstown, I have finally found a place worthy to be my favorite pizza place!

Our family of 5 visited and enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service at this tiny restaurant. Great carry out options. Even the crust on the pizza was flavorful and delicious! We can't wait to go back.

One steadfast culinary rule that I have learned (the hard way) to follow is: Never dine at a place that shares space in a gas station. However, the exception that proves the rule has been found. Jean Paul's is truly Paradise! Ordered carry out - pizza, pasta, soup and salad. All were fresh, made-from-scratch and flavorful. The pizza most resembles... More

We most enjoy picking up a loaf of bread, container of soup or ordering a takeout pizza. Food is homemade, known for pastries, bread and pizza. Seems to have a local following for lunch, excellent salads and some very good soups. They only thing I'd say in the negative has to do with prices. Sometimes I order 3-4 different items... More

I love finding hole-in-the-wall places like this; because nobody expects the food to be as fantastic as it is. I have been eyeing this Paradiso for a while, and finally placed a carry out order. Such a charming place. Modest, but with amazing food that is extremely savory. Italian, but not your regular sit-down restaurant Italian. More like Italian that... More

We tried this place for the first time. It is a little out of the way. They only have two tables so I believe the majority of their business is take out. They were very busy. There were two of us and we ordered the chicken farfalle and chicken marsalla. It takes a little while because it is all fresh... More

Fantastic food and nice people. I've eaten at Jean Paul's Paradiso for years. You can eat in but there is not much room. Great for carry out. Great entrees and desserts. I highly recommend it!

We ate here for lunch, for the first time, but it won't be our last! We had read that there wasn't much seating (2 tables for 3 with tall chairs) so we got there at 11:30am. The people working there were very nice. My friend and I ordered the creamy mushroom soup bowl, which was very good and a nice... More

We got takeout so really can't comment on the service. We got two pizzas (Grecian and Margarita). Both were good though not the best pizza we have had. They did go pretty heavy on the cheese. We got a couple pastries for dessert. Again, good but not great.

If you skip this place, you are going to be missing out on one of the most amazing pizzas you will ever sink your teeth into. It's a bakery by a gas station with only 2 tables, so large crowds should plan to do take out. The meat and cheese on our pizza were very high quality and everyone was... More
