An Italian themed older restaurant with a railroad dining car attached. Walla Walla is not a town for reasonably priced menus. This is no exceptions. However. they feature a spaghetti dish with meatballs or sausage for 9.99 ...refill the dish for just $3. For a full dinner expect to be mid $20. Very tasty carrot cake dessert!

Needed a place to accommodate 12 people and Jacobi's was the place. Seated us in old train dinning car so setting was fun. Wine list made up of nice local wines that will not break the bank. Salad entres were good and filling. The cioppini was great was were the other fish dishes. Italian chicken dishes were also good. $$

My husband and I had our first date here 16 years ago. At that time Jacobi's was a popular spot and the food and service were great. Over the years the chef left, then returned; the food got worse and better and worse and better. We stopped going. Being unable to find a parking spot downtown last Friday, we decided... More

We made a reservation 3 weeks in advance for a fairly large family gathering. We had a few special requests which they accommodated happily. When we were running a few minutes late, they called to check on us. Our waitress, Jodi, was very polite and attentive without hovering/rushing. The menu has a large offering for special requests, such as vegetarian.... More

Once upon a time, Jacobi's was one of Walla Walla's best. Now its food seems just average. Must try it again soon with high hopes for a better experience.

Not too many choices for me as I avoid wheat and dairy, but salmon was and twice baked potatoes was tasty, veggies were too al dente--as is the trend these days. Salad for lunch was find.

We dined here for the memories, and it did not disappoint! We used to live in College Place until 2003. Haven't been back to Jacobi's since. The only thing different was the decor. There used to be intricate wood carvings (an entire working typewriter, for one!) that are no longer in the lobby. But the food is just as good... More

OK, on the plus side, this is one of the few places in Walla Walla that is comfortable eating with little kids. And the atmosphere, with the train car, is fun. The food has never wowed me, but its always been OK - akin to a franchise restaurant, even though it isn't. But today my husband and I stopped in... More

I am so sorry for your disappointment in your experience, you are right there is no excuse for luke warm soup. If you would be willing to call me personally (509)525-2677 here at the restaurant I would like the opportunity to make this right for you and your husband. We had a delightful late lunch at Jacobi' s. The lasagna was excellent and the soup and salad were very good. Nice atmosphere, great hours (open all day), helpful service. It's not on Main Street, but it's not far, and it is much, much better than Olive, Brasserie, and others higher in the TA rankings.

Had lunch last week, first time we'd been in. Slow service, but food was good. I had the italian lunch meat salad, quite good and very generous meat portions. My friend gave them cash and somehow that caused mass chaos. How can you have a lunch service with an empty drawer??
