Four of us had dinner at the Anchuca after a long day of driving. The meals were, for the most part, very well prepared and quite tasty. (The only criticism was the lamb steak was undercooked based on the order of "medium".) Two of us had the shrimp and grits andthey were excellent!

Fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Asparagus bisque was absolutely delicious. The meatloaf was moist and hearty. This is a true taste of southern hospitality and comfort nestled in a historic mansion in a culture rich community. Save room for the bread pudding and plantation cake. You won't be sorry. Enjoy!!!

I was travelling alone and staying at the Duff-Green Mansion next door and this was a close walk after dark for me. Recommended by owner of Mansion. Was an excellent choice. I am GF and they were very accomodating. Service was fantastic. Great food. A bit pricey but worth it. Wonderful Atmosphere.

We arrived in Vicksburg and looked for a "better than average" place to eat. We are very glad we choose the Anchuca Mansion. They call it a "Café", but it was an intimate space with table cloths and cloth napkins. It may seem that they are not open, but walk down the drive and there is a semi-hidden entrance. Our... More

We were staying at Anchuca and loved the look of the restaurant when we checked in. Lots of brick, french doors and fresh flowers. Everything we had was delicious. There's not much of a wine list but the chef brought out some special bottles not on the menu for us to choose from. We had a lovely evening. Our tab... More

Historic surroundings with first rate, carefully prepared dishes from small menu. Well regarded Sunday brunch. Great for a romantic get together.

We were recommended to Anchuca by our hostess at Duff Green, just next door. Food was superb. Best bread pudding I've ever had.

We had dinner here on our first night in Vicksburg. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive and even offered for us to check out the beautiful mansion after dinner. The food was fantastic; I highly recommend the catfish dish. We highly recommend it!
