Mahalo for joining us and adding your positive experience!

For Thanksgiving dinner, we decided to give Hoku’s a try (after hearing so many great things about them). Although they were offering a pre-fix Holiday menu, we opted to try their ala carte menu (offered on a limited basis due to the Holiday). The staff...More

We had a 5 Course meal for our pre-thanksgiving holiday. The service was spot on, and hospitable. The food was great and very well thought out and intellectual. This is a fine dining restaurant, so a jacket for men is required, and ladies will want...More

Mahalo for sharing your experience! Just a point of clarification, it is totally appropriate for guests to 'dress up' for Hoku's and men are asked to wear collared shirts, but no jacket is required. Fashionably Hawaiian! Aloha.

Visited Hoku’s for my mom’s birthday. The brunch buffet had a good selection of food: sushi, lobster tail, beef roast, rack of lamb, traditional breakfast foods, and more! It was not an overwhelming variety, and each dish was excellent. A bit on the pricey side,...More

Hoku's at The Kahala Hotel & Resort is heralded for its innovative fusion fare which melds Hawaiian, Asian, Mediterranean and European flavors. The restaurant's twist on contemporary Island cuisine ensures that it is consistently ranked as one of Hawaii's best restaurants. Hoku's has a breathtaking beach-side setting with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from every table in the multi-level dining room. Also competing for guest's attention is the open kitchen featuring fiery hot woks, a kiawe wood grill, and tandoori and wood-burning ovens.
