Really nice soft ice, refreshing and delicious. Great add ons as well. Lots of varieties. Wish we could make our own flavor combinations. The haupia flavor is great.

Shaved ice get the favor and sweetness from fruit syrup and it's usually too sweet. Frost City's shaved ice cream taste like ice cream, but much lighter and fluffy. The decoration was very nice and it almost like eating a piece of art work. It's much better than shaved ice.

So, I thought this would be like shaved ice but boy was I wrong. This is delicious, weird, funky and totally awesome. Thoroughly and completely recommend trying this stuff. I have no idea if this stuff is available anywhere else, so I recommend eating your heart out when you visit.

In a city with many great dessert places, this is my favorite ... because it's offerings are delicious and healthy. They make their flavors from fresh fruit and juices, freeze them, then shave them to serve them. And each dessert is a work of art ... so nicely presented!

The shaved ice cream is so light you don't even feel like you ate ice cream. They have some very unusual flavors and new flavors every week. Don't expect your standard flavors, go to Baskin Robbins for that. I shouldn't be telling people about this place because it's so good and there's a line every evening to get dessert. It's... More

This is not your ordinary Hawaiian shave ice! A little less sweet but delicious all the same. It was away from the maddening tourist crowds.

Shave Ice; Shaved Ice... whichever you call it; This is different! You know that really fine shaved ice crystals out in Haleiwa with the syrup on it? This is way finer, lighter... another reviewer said, "Like eating a cloud" and that is just as it is! Cotton Candy; frozen with tropical flavors aptly describes this treat as well. The sides... While we really enjoyed our dessert here it was hard to get past the fact that the service was sort of bad. The ladies there were nice but totally messed up our order. We waited at least 15 minutes for our order because they made the order of a group who came in after us before our. They then delivered... More

Not ice cream, not shave ice, but a frozen fruit concoction - they call it a snowflake. I definitely recommend staying with the original fruit flavours, as they really showcase the dishes off the best. Be brave and try the Durian fruit. My only complaint on tis place is their hours are a little strange, so be sure to call... More

Have been back 3 times now and introduced friends and family each time. All with the same raving comments. Light, delicate, flavorful with very fresh flavors. Ling Hing Mui to Durian, there are lots of flavors to try. Next time I will try something else on the menu, but will still have to sample another flavor as well. Too bad... More
