Nice location to get a quick Mexican fix. Similar to Chipotle, walk in, menu on the wall, they will fix your entree in front of you. We had a burrito and taco salad. The food is fresh, well seasoned and tasty. Plenty of room to sit in the main dining room. They also give the kids free quesadillas. Nice family... More

Original open plan buffer style Mexican restaurant. Food is good, hate waiting in the line, recently have preferred Costa vida, product very similar, less lines at Costa vida.

I got the pork salad. It took 10 minutes to order on the phone because she couldn't understand me. Then I asked for extra dressing instead they put the Verde sauce in the bag and to top it off the pork was a big clunk not shredded at all. Disappointed in this location. Won't be back.

We love Café Rio, but will never return to this location. Their service sets an all time low for any restaurant. We've tried this location over and over, but no more. There is a new Café Rio opening in Lehi (Traverse Mountain). We just hope that they don't bring any of the people from American Fork.

I am pretty unadventurous at cafe rio, but food is always good, great atmosphere, most of the staff are Mexican. Be prepared to wait at peak times. Good food, prices good.

One line worker was new, and I have patience for the on-the-job-trainees, but his co- workers were no examples to learn from! Hubby and I often choose Mexican when we're traveling because it's adaptable to being vegan-friendly, but this was not a good choice! This Chipoltle-style restaurant lists a vegetarian salad bowl on its menu board, but the line workers... More
