The restaurant has a new name so I may have missed it if my sister in law had not called on our way there. It is now called "Fast N' Tasty". The Sambusa appetizers were delicious, both the meat and vegetable. I had the lamb tibbs with salad and Ethiopian tea, all so Tasty! We were a group of 7... More

Great option. The staff were amazing. Friendly and very attentive. We had the appetizer smaller and the meat sampler. Spices were perfect and the taste great. Loved the hands on experience Very recommended

One of the most terrible experiences I ever had at a restaurant. The two of us walk and notice the heating was off making the restaurant ice cold. We sat down and after 10mins I waved to the woman in the kitchen who then brought us menus. I realized she was playing both the cook and waitress. There was a... More

I love Ethiopian and this was a good experience. Very reasonable prices, tasty food, good service. Only downside was the credit/debit card machine was not working and I was glad I had just enough cash for meal & tip.

Delicious food, good service, family friendly restaurant. We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant for our daughter and found this restaurant. She had a chick-pea stew with flat bread and she thought it was a little spicy, but delicious. I had the chicken kabobs with vegetarian rice - it was spectacular. Don't forget to bring cash, as they don't take... More

We ate at Gatur's for lunch on a weekday. We found it in a Buffalo Travel Guide. The food was great but the food took 45 minutes. It is totally worth waiting. You can go for lunch or dinner. They also have Mediterranean food. We got hummus which was really good. They also have a wide selection of Ethiopian and... More

A weekday lunch at Gatur's was an eminently satisfying experience. Our group of four adults shared two "combo" plates, and we had more than enough. Each plate came with at least one meat (chicken, beef or lamb) and two or more vegetables (lentils, potatoes, beets, cabbage). The efficient wait staff asked our seasoning preferences and we got "spicy." BYOB beer... More

The food and service at Gatur's was excellent. Six of us shared 2 large family style platters which was more than enough along a constant flow of fresh flat bread. Prices were very reasonable. Could do a bit more on the decor.
