i purchased $150.00 in gift cards for christmas. one of the cards was not activated. when i learned of this, i returned to the restaurant to have it activated, and was told i had not even purchased it. finally, after some investigation, i learned that the card had not been activated at their end. needless anxiety for a mistake made... Red lobster restaurants have their days. If you visit on your lucky day, you'd have great food. On other occasions, may be not so much. Crab legs and lobster are good choices. Kids love their biscuits.

I love lobster but a friend does not. However, there is a4-Course Feast special for $16.99 that is very good for those who don't like seafood and a great deal. Service is friendly. It's one of my favorite chain restaurants.

The table next to us ordered steamed crab legs. All looked great until they pulled a soiled utility glove out from under the food. Totally GROSS. Looked like a glove they would use when cleaning toilets. The young manager came out giggled, apologized and gave them ONE dinner free. I think everyone was astounded. The dirty glove was seriously nasty... More

My husband and I always have a pleasant dining experience at the Red Lobster. My go to dish is Walt's favorite fried shrimp and it never disappoints. I am not a fan of petite sized shrimp. My husband usually orders the broiled flounder and he's always happy with his choice. We went to the Red Lobster on 8/29/16 located by... More

I visited here last evening. I called ahead in the afternoon to get on their call ahead list to expedite seating. I missed my arrival time by over 30 minutes, but they still seated us right away. Little did I know that it was restaurant week and it was busy. Still, they treated us like royalty. Our server was incredible.... More

This is a nice place to go where you know there will be consistency in your meal. We eat there about every couple of months. It is my Mother-in-laws favorite. I had my usual Admirals Feast and was stuffed. Of course we had Mussels which were not as good as usual. Can't beat Bonefish. Relatively reasonable and we had a... More

We have eaten here many times but noticed a significant bump in prices and new "up charges" with meals. They might be driving loyal customers away. Food is typically good but never fabulous

Always enjoyed the Four Course Meal with my family. However, they recently changed their rules on when they offer the meal and we were very disappointed as they no longer offered it on Fridays (which is our weekly night out). Unfortunately, this will stop us from coming in - so sad.

Red Lobster offers really tasty seafood at reasonable prices - no where else you can go in WNY and get lobster, shrimp scampi, crab legs, fried shrimp, plus 2 sides, salad, and biscuits for 2 people for $70. Usually this location is consistent with food and has a shorter wait for tables at dinner time than their location on Maple... More
