Sure, The Pink Adobe is not the greatest Mexican restaurant in Santa Fe, but for a first stop to enjoy a margarita and a plate of blue corn enchiladas and a side of posole, hit the spot. We visited the cantina first and enjoyed its coziness and the locals. However, I don't recommend the house/happy hour margarita (too sweet &... More

They may have other great things on their menu but I am addicted to their Steak Dunnagin - a nice steak smothered in green chili with various veggies - a truly excellent meal.

Having enjoyed this restaurant in the past, my husband and I returned last fall. Although the house itself continues to be very special (a good place for a drink at the bar or patio in warm weather), the service was extremely slow and the food was nothing special. We had to remind the waiters of our existence several times.

I liked the dark bar ambiance, but not sure how many feet, or inches of it I saw. I went for the house steak(s) because of all the reviews, and very Okay. Next time I would try the Cajun. Four hundred restaurants saying can I Christmas tree your plate? Cajun, my first hunch, might force a chief to go with... More

My boyfriend and I went here to eat on New Year's Eve.. I hadn't been there since they still had the wonderful front room with the banco's and old fireplace, and the new buyers. Never, ever, will I go back here..it's ruined. They may have Rosalie's old recipes but the quality of the food and the way it was cooked... More

We had reservations for dinner on the restaurant but we had to sit in the bar because we were at El Flamenco until 9 and the kitchen is closed at 9. We ordered ahead so we could get some things off the dinner menu, the staff was very accommodating. I love the atmosphere at the Pink Adobe. It is dark... More

Me and my husband were in town and heard to stop by and eat breakfast here at "the Guadalupe cafe"! It was amazing! We were seated by the fireplace for breakfast and it just set the relaxing tone! Loved it! Food was amazing! And the blue corn bread was on point!

The manager called me regarding my experience with the October phone call from their unfriendly front desk lady stating that she could not guarantee a table for us Christmas Eve (when we had this reservation since Spring 2016! and had been coming there for the past 20 years every Christmas Eve!). You can imagine my upset upon receiving such a... More

One of the best and authentic Southwest restaurants in Santa Fe. I love the bar with a small, unique feel, more of a local's place which is wonderful, Great drinks. Have eaten here several times and their sauces are to die for. Mussels Lucifer, excellent! Seafood enchiladas and the chili rellano with shrimp is delicious. Always a favorite and very... More

Pink Adobe is a classic for a reason. Very good food in a wonderful Santa Fe setting. Just love the atmosphere...we enjoyed a very cozy meal. The escargot was to die for and the steak Dunigan was good.
