We had 3 classics, chicken marengo, shrimp remoulade and green chile stew then compared them with what we remember of the originals as well as with the Pink Adobe cookbook authored by the founder, Rosalea Murphy. These were a poor example in every case. The Marengo...More

Pink Adobe is a wonderful place to have a nice evening dinner. There is a fire place that the staff keeps blazing. Warms the room to a very comfortable temperature. The menu has stake, seafood, salads, and burgers. The steak is a hefty, thick, piece...More

Pink Adobe is a must for your Sabra Fe visit. We started with Clams Lucifer, which is amazing Santa Fe twist. Clams in the shell swimming in a deliciously spicy red sauce. Escargot nested in mushroom caps was great. My husband enjoyed the Pink Adobe...More

Margaritas are very good and they are not skimpy with tequila. We had pink margaritas and they were great. Food and service is just ok. Presentation of food is not inviting. Food portions are very big so bring your appetite. It is very dark inside...More

This is a great little restaurant, and has been our favorite in Santa Fe for years. This time, it had dropped down to a 4 from a 5 mainly because of the escargot. We love escargot and rarely run across it, so we look forward...More

Was watching a food show, showing the special steak here at Pink Adobe. Thought we would give it a try. It was good, the service and atmosphere were nice. Price point was fair for Santa Fe. All in All it’s worth trying.

Just dialed them and their regular message is up (they open after 4:00). I left them a message advising that they should dial up TA and get it out that there's no permanent closure. I CAN'T IMAGINE that they are closed.

There is a parking lot behind the restaurant for the little shopping center which is closed during dinner so there's a lot of parking.

Founded by Rosalea Murphy, the Pink is a unique blend of culinary delights, Santa Fe style and a true City Different experience. Today, Rosalea's family continues this tradition by offering menu favorites from the past 60 years served with our warm Santa Fe hospitality.
