Was watching a food show, showing the special steak here at Pink Adobe. Thought we would give it a try. It was good, the service and atmosphere were nice. Price point was fair for Santa Fe. All in All it’s worth trying.

We ate at the Dragon bar because of the reasonable pricing. Although the food was good and plentiful, we were disappointed at the noise level. Obviously a bar for a noisy happy hour. Probably a good thing to keep the bar separate from the Pink...More

"The Pink" as we locals have always called it began in 1944. Same great old adobe building and much the same menu for as long as I recall. I can never pass up the Steak Dunigan but who can pass up a strip steak with...More

I really wanted to eat their N. NM food when i was there during the Indian Market, but the previous night's bought of heartburn forced me to order something less spicy, so I had their steak, and it was darn good.

Beware, parking is a little puzzle if it's your 1st time - it WAS ours. Once we solved that issue, with help from the outside receptionist, our very pleasant dinner experience began. (I've answered the "does the restaurant have parking?" question below, "no" because, as...More

Patio dining was lovely. Service was excellent and attentive. Great margarita started the evening. French onion soup was good...could have been a little warmer. Dinner special of scallops on red pepper polenta cakes with green beans was delicious. Nice wine list. Highly recommend.

The patio is the perfect setting for a fun evening! The bartender made an outstanding drink, the waitstaff was attentive and helpful, and best of all my meal was great! I will definitely return!

I hadn't eaten at Pink Adobe for many years and was surprised that it wasn't higher in TripAdvisor ratings because it has had an excellent reputation for decades. We had dinner on Saturday night during Indian Market, which is an exceptionally busy weekend in Santa...More

Just dialed them and their regular message is up (they open after 4:00). I left them a message advising that they should dial up TA and get it out that there's no permanent closure. I CAN'T IMAGINE that they are closed.

There is a parking lot behind the restaurant for the little shopping center which is closed during dinner so there's a lot of parking.
