Located next to our favorite Inn of the Five Graces. Our waiter Hector was wonderful. Seafood enchiladas were yummy. Enjoyed the fireplace on a cold, snowy Santa Fe evening.

I have a lot of family in the Santa Fe area, so I've been many times. We hadn't gone to the Pink Adobe for quite some time, and my husband had never been. On our last night, we went in as much to say we'd been there as anything else. Kind of poor planning on our part -- we'd spent... More

We enjoyed one of our best meals in this old, well-regarded restaurant located a half mile south of the Plaza. Service was very good, the cocktails well-made, and the food was noteworthy. She had the Chili Relenos, and I had the Seafood Enchilada. Both were excellent. We skipped starters and desserts, but enjoyed especially good coffee and coffee service.

We read about this being a 150 year old house and wanted to give it a try. We were not disappointed!! There are a number of rooms with fireplaces and that makes for a nice, quiet meal. My husband and I shared a Mexican platter and there was more food than we could eat and we didn't really know one... More

This restaurant is a must do in our opinion. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming with the small rooms and Adobe fireplaces! The food was suburb and the service was exceptional! We wanted to have a nice dinner on our last night here and The Pink Adobe was perfect!

One enters through a courtyard with a separate bar building opposite to the restaurant. Opened in the mid-1940's it presents an "authenticity" that is irresistible. Inside one finds an eclectic collection of original art and artifacts. The menu is varied -our entrees were good and the portions larger than in most SF restaurants in the same price range. The single... More

The innkeeper at our B&B recommended that we go to the Pink Adobe. It was our last night in Santa Fe and she said she thought we would love the atmosphere and the food. She was absolutely right. There is a wonderful warmth to the dining rooms. The building is adobe and the interior has a wonderful southwest, cozy feel.... More

I visited the Pink Adobe with my boyfriend to celebrate a special occasion and as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a smart and very congenial lady. Our menu choices were delicious and our server, Hector, was very attentive and he shared interesting and fun conversation about Santa Fe!

I discovered this restaurant in 1987 and bought both of the owners cookbooks which I still use today. It was a magical eating experience I will never forget.

We were looking for a restaurant within walking distance of our hotel, the Old Santa Fe Inn. This was an easy walk and included the oldest house and church in the United States. The staff at the Pink Adobe was very friendly and helpful. The room we ate in was very colorful and gave a great feel of being in... More
