The food was good, although the rice had frozen peas instead of something traditional and well prepared, but we had a dirty spoon, and the kept spilling water all over the table. The ambiance was not great. But very well located, and good naan bread.

I went to this restaurant because it is tagged as having options for vegans... This is incorrect information and it should be edited out. I am gluten free and mostly vegan and I have eaten at many Indian restaurants, in the states, in Europe and...More

This was the first place I ate at, on my very first night upon moving here 2 weeks ago. I am so glad this experience doesn't represent Santa Fe. I was literally the only guest in the place, for the entire time I was there....More

Went to dinner here with friends, it was very empty inside and the staff was quick, but kind of cold (no smiles). My dish was very tasty, I'll give them that! However, all the dishes were small and over-priced. I probably would go somewhere else...More

I was here for Thansgiving and there were barely any restaurants open. I love Indian food, so I thought this would be a good option. The food here is good and if the service was good my rating would be higher. The issue here is...More

Terrible mistake coming going here for dinner. There are some places where the food is out of this world but the service and ambiance are mediocre at best. Then there are places where the service and ambiance are excellent even if the food lags behind...More

The food here is barely average, but relatively expensive. The wine tasted stale as if it had been sitting in an open bottle for some time. I gave them 2 dots instead of three because the place was not very clean -- really needs a...More

India Palace located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Is the oldest Indian restaurant in New Mexico, serving Santa Fe since 1990. In 1997, India Palace hired a new chef by the name of Billu to be their head chef. In 1998 he left the restaurant. In the summer of 2013, Billu bought the restaurant and restored the taste and quality of the 1990's. India Palace now has the authentic taste that comes with skilled chefs from India. All spices are imported from India to give you that authentic Indian taste. Come try our food, we will be around for years to come.
