My wife and I were waiting for the ferry to arrive so we walked up to Bakery San Juan for some breakfast. I was looking forward to it based on the positive the reviews. I was disappointed to find most of the cases empty and only a few items to choose from. Unfortunately it's not worth the walk up.

I ordered pizza, muffins, and cookies an they were all really good. The carrot cake muffin was especially excellent. Note that they put on sale the next day items that didn't sell.

we found this bakery searching the internet while in Friday Harbor and wanting just a little something to take back to our resort for a treat latter. It was so good we had to go back and try the pizza too! Very Good

Whether in need of just a slice, a hot and ready to eat, or frozen take home and bake - can't beat SJ Bakery pizza. Their crust is the best and the toppings are fresh and many are local. (local pepperoni is amazing) This is a carry out place, not dine in. Their Northwest multigrain bread is a staple at... More

By the slice or order whole pie(s). Very fresh artisanal pizzas. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Selection of wines/beverages/goodies. You are not allowed to consume alcohol on premises, but that's okay. You go there to take-away, not to dine.

This bakery bakes great cookies, cinnamon rolls, bread and other pastries. Their pizza alone is worth the visit.

Bakery San Juan has the best pizza on the island! We love to order it to finish baking at home. It is fresh and delicious! So much better than our pizza delivery in Houston!

My daughter and I enjoyed a nice early-afternoon, freshly made snack from the bakery during our recent visit to San Juan Island. Both the raspberry tart and cinnamon roll were rich and tasty. My only regret about our visit ... We'd already eaten lunch and their pizza looked absolutely yummy!

This bakery has the best pizza on the island. Don't waste your time going anywhere else for pizza! So fresh and the dough is perfect. You can taste the quality in every bite. And great selection of vegetarian pizza. This was one of the places I couldn't wait to visit again, having discovered it last year. They make a limited... More

Loved by locals and visitors alike, we opened our doors in 2008 and have been a Friday Harbor favorite ever since. Indulge your sweet tooth with our fresh pastries, cookies and fine cakes, or treat yourself to a satisfying sandwich or slice of artisan, thin crust pizza. We use wild yeast in the majority of our breads and pizza dough, so you can be sure your baked good is full of flavor, texture and deliciousness. Visit our website for full menus. We are a small business so please call the bakery for whole pizza orders.
