My wife and I enjoyed an early dinner before things got packed and wow was that a good idea. By the time we left, there was a crowd at the door attesting to the popularity of this restaurant. My first time here and pleasantly surprised it's not "just another Mexican Food Restaurant". Familiar choices but with added flair...everything we ordered... More

If you are visiting the Riverwalk, be sure to walk a bit off the path and head down South Alamo for the best Mexican in SAT; you won't be disappointed with the menu and drinks. The place was packed and better food and service than restaurants on the Riverwalk. The fajitas were amazing the rest of food looked great as... More

Excellent fresh ingredients, but I'm not sure what the rating here is all about. We had shrimp tacos, but nothing that any other fresh Mexican does. Service was excellent. However we agreed it was not worth the walk from our Riverwalk hotel.

Food is Mexican. Limited parking. But the noise levels are beyond reason, so Bring Your Own Ear Plugs

Popular but quick service saves You from waiting too long. Decent meals at very reasonable price with great selection. Hard working personnel but with pleasant attitude and sense of humor. 15 min.walking from Alamo.

I'd give it 4.5 if I could. The service could've been better but the food made up for that. We had the Shisto peppers which was fun to see who'd get the hot one. Amazing Tex-Mex and margaritas.

Loved this place. It is popular so be ready to wait with a drink in the bar area but it is worth the wait. Service is quick and the food is simply delicious! This is the real deal.

Came here for a quick lunch on a Saturday. Sat at the bar & the bartender & wait staff were fairly attentive. Order the green enchiladas, which were very solid. The chips & salsa were pretty good; salsa had a pretty discernible smoky flavor (chipotle maybe?). Overall, I'd recommend it, especially if you're staying downtown & am looking for a... More

Rosario's is a stand alone restaurant in the south end of San Antonio. The food was terrific. Our waiter gave good suggestions on what to order. The place was busy and we waited about 30 minutes for a table. Well worth it.
