Still the best breakfast Benny in town. Poached eggs on top of English muffins and hollandaise sauce. And a side of fruits and awesome desert. Mmm

Great time had by all. Ladies had high tea, I had the club, my son had toasted cheese with grilled tomato and added bacon. All were wonderful. My wife from New England is a scone snob. She says best scone ever! We ordered another half dozen for breakfast next day. Definitely get the strawberry butter. We had a pot of... More

We had breakfast/early lunch. I had the BELT , bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato on Texas toast. It was delicious served with potatoes that were white and sweet potatoes cubed and browned. Very good. They have daily specials that sounded interesting, I would like to try lunch on our next visit. Person taking orders could have been friendlier, but our... More

This is a very quaint local tea house in King William area. It is a house converted into a restaurant. Little rooms to go and dine in and a patio area if it is a nice day. I have been there 3 times now. The first two times I received good friendly service and great food. The third time I... More

We decided to try this spot for breakfast, mainly due to the cute name. We ended up coming back later that day for dinner. Great selection of tea, even though they were out of quite a few that were listed on the menu. The tea sandwiches are yummy as are the regular sandwiches on the menu. One main attraction of... More

Our B&B gave us breakfast vouchers to Madhatters as part of our stay. I'd gladly have paid to eat here. Walk in, grab a menu, check the specials board, place your order and find a place to sit. It's that simple. The cardamom oatmeal is wonderful. The atmosphere is just what you'd expect from a breakfast/lunch place that specializes in... More

We were treated very rudely when we entered. It was obvious we were not allowed to ask questions at the counter. We were wanting coffee and food to travel home. The man behind the counter was abrupt and said that he had no muffins or food to travel with and waved us on. We had seen this place many times... More

Went to Madhatters for a celebratory brunch. We had a pitcher of Mimosa and fabulous food. Prices are great and service quick. Historical part of town. We will be back.

We were hoping to get some tea and coffee. They didn't have 60% of tea on the menu and coffee was old

I loved the wide selection of tea! I had Yerba mate and it was delicious! I also had the salmon sandwich and the size was perfect for a lunch portion and filling to get me through the afternoon. The atmosphere is laid back and has a very local vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful and willing to walk me... More
