Good service, good food, good price. Panchitos quest is a good choice. The tortitos are homemade and wonderful.

The beef Empanadas are the best!! Love Panchito's for some good Mexican food. They also have music with some good rhythm and singing. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry, I only ate supper there. I shared the beef fajitas with my wife and they were excellent. However, I'm pretty sure there was nothing low in sodium or potassium in our meal. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

If you select something that uses corn tortillas instead of flour, there should be quite a few options for you. They may not be labeled as gluten free but you should be able to have several decent options.
