A small and almost hidden restaurant, we were glad we came for dinner. Filled with locals that knew just how good the food is we were definitely impressed by their delicious authentic food. Big portions and small prices. Don't look anywhere else, this is the place to come.

Found this little hidden gem close to where we were staying. Doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is delicious. Best chimichanga I ever had. It has a small setting area but tables turn over because food is delivered in a timely manner. The serving team works together to meet customers needs. We were all happy with... More

My wife had the red sauce with beans and rice and corn tortillas and I had the Crisp, which is like a giant Mexican pizza with chicken, the tortilla chips and salsa and everything was very good . Very good Home cooked food. Friendly service, great people. It was excellent! This is indeed a Hidden Gem. Folks when you go... More

This was not much to look at walking up to it, but when we saw the local fire department picking up take out, we know we were in the right place. Everything looked so good we couldn't decide, so our waiter put together some special tasting plates for us so we could indulge. My family is Mexican and I have... More

Oh my gosh, be sure to try the chili rellenos! We love this restaurant and the people who work and serve in it. You will too. It is small and cozy and very authentic. Don't miss a chance to check it out and find your favorite. We also HIGHLY recommend the :Mexican Pizza" with the Carna Seca! Fantastic!!!

I have eaten here now twice, once for lunch and once for dinner and both times were amazing! The prices are good and they have huge variety on the menu. This is a hidden gem on the west side of Tucson!

This is an easy stop over for quick service and a big selection of traditional gringo Mexican food. Plenty of mixed plate options as well as simple taco plates. Plenty of beer to choose from too.

Let me begin by saying Los Nopales is locally popular and maybe the food is better than just average, but if you're not enjoying your meal, what's the point? On our only visit there my wife and I were seated, ordered our meal, were served, and were presented the bill - all by unsmiling 'waiters'. We were not offered coffee... More

I eat here about once a week. This is a place I take visitors to show them what home made is. You are treated like family.
