Cafe Poca Cosa was highly recommended to us by our real estate agent. When we arrived we were ushered to our table and there we sat waiting for a long time until a very disinterested waitress came to our table and read the menu off...More

Highly recommended!!! The menu changes constantly and is verbally presented by the server. There are several options and it is tough to narrow down your choices. Come with a group so you can order several entrees and try them all! Portions are huge. This is...More

Of all the places to go have a first class meal on my 77th birthday, I chose Cafe Poca Cosa. My wife and I have been visiting the restaurant and owner/chef for over 20 years. It's high end Mexico City Mexican food, everything fresh and...More

While visiting a girls trip we were recommended Cafe Poca Cosa. The menu was very expansive and authentic. We all did the tasting plate and all tasted each other’s so we had a great time tasting so many of the yummy dishes! Love the mole!...More

Fresh vegetables, fresh fish entrees, the dishes are beautiful and healthy with a South American flair. One of my favorite places for dinner right in the heart of downtown Tucson.

I love good restaurants and was really looking forward to this place while visiting Tucson with friends. I picked the restaurant so I really wanted to like it but just couldn’t find much good about this place. I didn’t mind the limited menu (5-6) items...More

Service was good, food was an upscale Mexican which was different than anticipated. No guacamole which would seem odd for a Mexican restaurant. The plates looked big but more than half was a so-so salad that came on each plate. Then the remaining portion was...More

Nice room but food and service not up to the price point ($25 to $30). Better mole at regular Mexican restaurants for 1/3 the price. $15.00 for a watered down Maragarita? No menus....server brought a chalkboard and ran through the choices nonstop and was clearly...More

We traveled nearly an hour to Cafe Poca Cosa for our monthly dining out group gathering. The atmosphere is lovely and attractively lighted, although a bit noisy. The noise level becomes a problem mostly when trying to hear the server describe the menu items -...More

It’s hard to go wrong with the Chef’s plate...three of the nightly specials combined one one plate. Every night is a different chalkboard of fresh, unique Mexican food; a specialty is the from scratch mole. Margaritas are the best and on the strong side!

To be honest I don't know. You may want to call them. I don't believe the meal I got even had any gluten. It's all meat and vegetables. Maybe the rice and tortillas probably have gluten. I would call them.

They have a very limited menu so I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't gluten free options, but I have no idea.
