Been to a lot of rib joints over the years. This one ranks up there. Wood smoked BBQ. The real deal.

Wanted to give this previous old favorite another try after a disastrous lunch date over a year ago - and strangely, nothing changed! We waited a while for our lunch order - a combo plate - and again, the pulled pork was lukewarm, as was the chicken and the ribs, and no explanation from our waitress why this was not... More

If you are looking for comfort food, good humor and lots of laughs, Wes Rib House is your place. We were at the bar. The drinks were perfect, the bartender was funny, the food was quick and delicious. A must try in the area.

I got a Kansas City Platter with baby-back ribs, beef and pork BBQ. When it arrived the beef, which I thought was going to be brisket, turned out to be a steak. The pork BBQ was pulled pork shoulder, as expected. It was heavily sauced. It seemed like it would have been pretty dry if it hadn't been sauced. It... More

My husband and I love BBQ and wanted to serve it at his birthday party. We had lunch at Wes' Rib House a week before the party and loved their food, so we had them cater the event. Everything was delicious! The guests especially raved about the flavorful brisket. We also had the chicken, chili, cole slaw and corn bread.... More

I've been going to this place since I was small. Amazing ribs, fall of the bone and sauce was awesome (still is, try pouring the sweet beige color bottle on the waffle fries) - not sure if anyone else would agree, but quality and size of ribs have gone down since the construction of the new place. I most also... More

I tried the ribs here about 3 years ago and they were tough and dry. Decided to give it another chance and was still disappointed. The ribs were still tough although not as dried out as before. The chopped BBQ pork was very chewy. The sides were nothing special. Won't go back.

Molasses is traditionally a key ingredient in BBQ, but Wes takes it to a new level. I have never had such sweetened food in my life. The BBQ pork was as sweet as ice cream, plus it was mixed with coleslaw. Yuk! The nachos were some of the worst I have ever had, starting with the ultra cheap chips that... More

I don't know what has happened, but ever since the renovations, the quality of the food and service at Wes Rib House has gone downhill. I have gone twice in two months. Both times the draft beer was flat and the ribs were dry. Not going back. Even for their pulled pork.

Had not been back to Wes's in quite some time, and after our brief work assignment, I convinced my partner to stop here for some I thought great ribs and fixins. Boy was I mistaken! We pretty hungry when we arrived, so we placed our order right away, deciding upon a two-meat and sides lunch. I thought it was odd... More
