My husband and I visited for the Valentine's Day special and had a wonderful time! First of all, our server, Lora, was excellent - just the right amount of attention and she was very helpful. We started with the mozzarella sticks and homemade marinara sauce -- served piping hot and really yummy. A fresh crisp salad with homemade Ranch dressing... More

As we were still walking in the door the hostess said 'just 2?' (Vs. waiting until we were both actually in the door and then saying 'for 2'?), as she walked 10 steps ahead of us and literally dropped the menu's on the table and walked away as we got to the table (this was an early dinner hour, with... We had great food but the waitress seemed to just put in her time. It could have been an off night for her. We each had a seafood pasta and each one had a good amount of seafood and tasted great. My salad wasn't too good though. It was a bit watery and tasteless.

We always come here every time we are in Estes. The ambiance is nothing fancy, but the food and service is great. We have met the owner/chef a few times and you can tell he puts his heart into the cooking. As a side note, my parents live in Estes Park and when my father was very ill, they sent... More

We've been coming to Estes for years and ran across this restaurant. Called ahead and got seated right away. Its nothing fancy, but cozy and comfortable. Staff was friendly, food was great and prices reasonable. We will definitely be back!

We arrived here 15 minutes before closing (8:45 on a Friday night) we didn't know it closed at 9:00! They happily seated us. The waitress was attentive and told us to take our time, we never felt rushed which was very nice! Husband had Veal Parm, son had Chicken Parm and I had the Cannelloni all were very fresh and... We went there after the Christmas Parade and hardly anyone was there initially. By the time we left it was packed with people waiting. Server was nice. Pizza took over 45 minutes to get to us. It was super greasy and rubbery. My wife and I shared it. I was super hungry, but only had two pieces. I complained about... More

We have eaten here over many years. This trip to Estes Park brought us here for lunch. The owner is the same--good to see him. Had Lasagna Florentina and side salad and they were tasty. Not much for views but the atmosphere is pleasant.

We visited this restaurant because it was close to our rented condo but heard the food was good as well. One of the few places we found Italian beer, though nothing is on tap. We ordered various pizzas and both were delicious. The crust was crispy and ingredients fresh. The service was good and people were friendly. Nice place for... More

In preparing for our vacation trip to Colorado in June, and our first trip to Rocky Mountain National Park, I did a lot of research on hotels, restaurants and attractions, including Tripadvisor's website and guide books by such travel experts as Fodor and Frommer. Fodor was particularly impressed with Sweet Basilico Cafe in Estes Park, the gateway to the park.... More
