We enjoyed our evening here. Service was excellent. Food was good, but not exceptional. Nice atmosphere, but about 3-4 miles outside of town. The hot bread was excellent. We would eat here again. Need reservations.

Thanks for making the drive to come and see us! The food should always be on par with the service here, and we're confident we can blow you away on that count in the future. Looking forward to impressing you even more next time. Cheers, Andy More

The Dunraven Inn is a hidden jewel in Estes Park. The atmosphere was really intimate and nice. Food was very good and the service was outstanding. Everyone we had contact with during our dinner went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the food and everything else. Very romatic place for a dinner with someone special. My... More

The hidden jewel of Estes Park? You're making us blush, Sandra! We want you to feel like you wouldn't change a thing about your meals with us, so it's wonderful to see you were a fan of everything from the sangria to the trout. Looking forward to welcoming you and your husband back again soon. Cheers, Andy More

Went here because it is the best none breakfast restaurant for review on tip advisor. It is very good Italian food. The lasagna was excellent. It is very dark. Definitely get reservations. It was packed (however we were there on labor day weekend and went on Sunday).

Thanks for making us part of your long weekend, Mo! The lasagna's one of the dishes we're most known for, so it's wonderful to hear it won your stamp of approval. We're all looking forward to seeing what you try next. Cheers, Andy More

Pricey, but AMAZING food and equally amazing staff! Reservation is definitely recommended, and the sooner the better. We showed up 15 minutes before they stopped accepting new seating, and stayed an hour and a half, but there was absolutely no feeling of being rushed out. Ambiance is exquisite. We lost ourselves in our conversation and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

My wife and I visited the Dunraven Inn for supper. Service was good. Atmosphere was fine. We ordered the potato skins as an appetizer - unique and very tasty. She ordered tea to drink, but swapped it out for something else since she said it didn't have much flavor. Bread was warm and good. She ordered the lobster ziti, but... More

Thanks for making us part of your trip up here! We certainly want all of our guests to love every bite of their meals with us, and we're so glad that shined through. While we're bummed the Baked Lobster Ziti wasn't exactly your wife's style, we're confident there's a dish on our menu she'll really enjoy next time. Looking forward... More

We expected more of the Dunraven given the strong reviews, but overall we found our meals disappointing. The house salad turned out to be a handful of greens with 2 (two) cherry tomatoes on the side. Better to upgrade to the Caesar, which was salty but savory (and came with anchovies on request). The halibut special was a bit dry... More

We wish we'd blown you away on all counts. Our recipes are something we're really proud of, and it's disappointing to hear you felt let down. Your dish should always be cooked to perfection, and we really wish we'd had the chance to address the halibut in the moment. I hope you'll come back and see us the next time... More

The Dunraven has been a favorite for years. Their dishes are prepared meticulously and presented as nicely as any big city high end restaurant but their prices are moderate. They are especially busy on holidays and weekends so reservations are a must.

Named after the Earl of Dunraven who was an early settler in Estes Park and a bit of a scoundrel, the Dunraven Inn specializes in Italian cuisine, but also serves excellent steaks and fresh (never frozen) fish entrees. Our favorite is the ziti....flavorful sauce and baked to bubbly perfection. Decorated with images of the Mona Lisa, and dollar bills signed... More

This is my husband's favorite restaurant when we come into town. Make reservations ahead of time. Service is excellent. Lasagna is a favorite and the kids menu has a lot of choices.
