We ate at The Cascades restaurant in the Stanley Hotel for lunch. It's an old hotel, a classic place because of its history and from "The Shining." We expected a lunch to equal the hotel's reputation, but it fell quite short of that expectation. My...More

We were disappointed with our dinner at Cascades restaurant. The restaurant is located inside the hotel bar, which meant there was a lot of noise and the atmosphere was very casual and not upscale. The food was ok - not bad but not nearly what...More

Description
Cascades, a Classic American Restaurant and Steakhouse is located in the heart of the historic 103 year-old Stanley Hotel. Join us for, breakfast, lunch or dinner in our comfortable dining room. Stop by for a cocktail in our lounge, as our "bar chefs," handcraft a cocktail from our historic cocktails of yesteryear. Remember the time when lunch was an event, cocktail hour was not to be missed & dinner with friends was a joy.
