I visit kind coffee every year when I am in Estes. They have fantastic coffee and staff. My only complaint is the weird layout of the coffee shop. But they have amazing views behind the coffee shop. Grab a coffee and go out back and sit!

While the atmosphere is fairly typical of small town coffee shops, the coffee falls short. As a roaster myself, I was expecting some high quality craft coffee brewed with care and intent. Instead, I received some burnt auto drip mass produced tasting coffee. It also felt like I did not belong because I was not a local. Most of the... More

Delicious and very environmentally conscious coffee shop. The seating outside is peaceful beside a small creek running behind the place. (I visited October '14)

Delicious teas and coffees. The cheese/fruit plate was wonderful. The shop has views of the mountains with outdoor tables as well.

Came here on a busy early November weekend after having a lousy experience at Starbucks, which is just a short walk away. The difference was amazing! Starbucks: dark, somewhat messy, indifferent staff. Kind Coffee: bright, attentive and appropriately named. Both places were crowded, but we didn't feel neglected here like we did at SB. As a newbie, I was impressed... More

Don't miss this place if you are a coffee lover--it is excellent. Try their autumn gold (seasonal) or avalanche coffee drinks--both suberb. Friendly, joyful staff made it even more pleasant, and if it's warm and sunny, sit outside along the river. Awesome find.

This quickly became our favorite breakfast spot. Everything we tried was delicious. The staff were super friendly and the coffee shop sits right beside the river, so you could enjoy breakfast while taking in the sites and sounds of the river.

Kind is the perfect name for this spot right on the riverwalk. The staff are smiling, patient and kind! My husband had to work remotely while we were on vacation and he found a nice little table, great wifi connection as the connection from our cabin was iffy. The coffe is excellent!

When looking back at my experience at Kind Coffee to write this review - I sat back in my chair, closed my eyes, smiled, and let out the most wonderful sigh. I could almost feel the coffee warming my bones again at their shop in downtown Estes Park, CO. The coffee is hot, the people are friendly, and the 4... More

KIND offers Estes Park's only roasted coffee- all certified organic and fair trade. We're also a full service coffee shop- organic teas, fresh fruit smoothies, milkshakes, and a slew of breakfast and lunch items. While you're here, enjoy free WiFi (with any purchase); riverfront seating and access; great Estes Park souvenir shopping and don't forget the dog sitter (or friend or family) so get some poundage (of fresh roasted beans) to take home with you! Are you a local (or tourist?) Find Kind Coffee on Facebook to take advantage of Deals and be notified of specials and new coffees/events. History Established in 2002. Kind Coffee is dynamically committed to supporting local communities and promoting the sustainability of our environment. We consider it our mission to provide customers the opportunity to positively impact the planet through the purchase of our high quality roasts. Each bean that comes out of our roastery is chemical free, fairly traded, shade grown, certified organic, Swiss Water decaffeinated, good for you and the environment. In other words, Kind is what coffee should be. Kind's intent extends beyond a profit, attempting to reach the consumer's principles, perhaps enticing other businesses to do the same. We are thrilled to be able to give of our time, energy, money and, of course, coffee, to non-profit organizations and other causes and events in order to give back to the community that supports us. This example, we hope, will encourage coffee drinkers to keep choosing fairly traded, shade grown, certified organic coffee that celebrates life and the preservation of our world.
