We were in Albuquerque and decided to take a look around the Old Town, it was so hot that we soon needed a drink. Struggled to find a bar/Cafe and came upon the High Noon except it looked shut. There was a small sign saying...More

This is a beaut restaurant for steaks in an old historic adobe building Best flavoured steak for a long time, perfectly cooked to order. Wine list good, a good Argentinian Malbec to accompany steak. Service very good and friendly A worthwhile visit

First, it's important to know that this is a "steakhouse with a Mexican flair" so don't expect chips and salsa. They do have an extensive margarita menu. The food menu is not extensive but I think most people can find something to eat. The Brie...More

The first evening we thought it was closed because the door we found was locked and there was no sign to guide you around the side where the entrance actually is. The 7 oz medium steak was on the well done side and the 8...More

Excellent, consistent, reliable food. Special place for dinner and drinks. The New Mexican food is good, the pastas are creative and delicious, and the drinks always very good. Recent steak dinner, which I think was a special, was as good as it gets. Excellent margaritas...More

This restaurant is "fully amortized" (as in little dog-earred) but certainly fashionably New Mexican. We all had the same thing - the ribbon pasta dish with shrimp, shitake mushrooms and (to kill for) a red cream sauce with a touch of red chile - possibly...More

Mediocre. Chile has no flavor. Food was boring. Bartendor knew what she was doing. Waitress was slow and didn't care what she put down in front of us. Said the meal had no flavor and didn't eat it. She said ok. The tell of this...More

If you've spent a bit too long in the New Mexico sun, High Noon is perfect for a cool afternoon adult beverage.

No matter what time you arrive (High Noon or not), you will always be welcomed! A very large group arrived shortly before I did but that did not deter being served quickly. The VERY generous portions were a surprise (from the average restaurant). The ambiance...More

Initially I had a rough start at this restaurant We were exhausted from traveling and it took a long time to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. (We arrived around 8:25 and the restaurant closes at 9). We were seated, but with the request...More

The menu is on line or a call might answer the question. Gluten free is something I ordinarily don't look for but your question has given me pause for thought when in the future I contribute to TripAdvisor. Thanks

Yes it does - there is a small parking lot behind the building. You need to tell the receptionist you are there and she will give you a card to out in your dashboard so you don't get towed.
