Luigi's is a nice place to eat to have a decent buffet food is a little above average sitting at tables are fairly close together the buffet gets a little dried out and looking after a while they don't like to refresh it every night like as often as they should but it's okay to eat there

Since we had just arrived in town from Santa Fe, we were looking for a lunch that did not have delicious chiles as we needed a break from that cuisine. We saw Luigi's and thought it looked "real". Since it was after the noon rush, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We ordered calamari and a pizza. Calamari... More

Ordered two pies to go, had a coupon for one large 3 topping, get one small cheese free, perfect for the kids. Pizza came out quickly, and the owner was so sweet. He told me they always run the large three topping/get small cheese free special and no coupon necessary. He also said they deliver in close proximity....i looked over... More

One of the worst dining experiences. Terrible and slow service when you ordee off menu and not the buffet. Server was manager and response in short was "I cannot please everyone". Seriously?! We had to ask for everything, soup with our meal, bread, and drink refills. Justification given we were having a bad day when we arrived. No actually waiting... More

the problem is when you are dining with people who order the buffet and you order off the menu and they start with the main course you have to wait for yours, naturally it is going to seem like a long time, especially on peak hours of a busy friday night. everything was done in a timely fashion. Then you came... Lunch started with a plate of health. The salad bar is great. I like the diced cucumbers and beets! You receive a bowl with your favorite style of pasta. At the buffet you choose from 6 different sauces! You also serve yourself Lasagna at the buffet!! But the best is the sauteed chicken in the white sauce with mushrooms. This... More

I've passed by here many times but never stopped. I was very glad I did. Had a bowl of minestrone which was homemade and excellent. Then I decided on lasagna which was very good. The soup was actually quite filling and I probably could have had just one or the other. The waitress asked if I wanted a cannolli and... More

The food was cold and extremely tasteless! I tried the various sauces and quite honestly I've had better tasting Italian food out of a can and I can't stand caned Italian food. I should have known when I pulled up and there were no cars parked. A total of 5 of us ended up in there. I'm sure their buffet... More

I am sorry for your recent experience.and sorry you had such a bad day. obviously you do not have much knowledge of Italian food. If your version of good Italian food is spaghetti'os and prego than i wouldn't recommend eating here pizza hut is more your speed. You did get one thing right I have been here 20 years (does... This restaurant has both a buffet and a full menu. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I was seated quickly and my food was delivered quickly, correctly, hot, and delicious. I will be returning for sure.

I ordered the Chicken Marsala,, and a friend ordered the Lasagna. The chicken wasn't edible, and I don't think raw marsala wine, with canned mushrooms dumped in, is considered a marsala sauce. My friend liked the lasagna. There is nothing classic about this Italian Restaurant - If you go stick to the pizza.

Sorry the marsala was not to your likeing. Do not judge my Restaurant solely on the marsala. We make everything fresh from scratch. We use fresh mushrooms and we do not water down our marsala sauce wich makes it rich and tasty. Most people are not used to that. the lasagna wich your friend enjoyed is also made from scratch... Finally found NYC pizza in Albuquerque! At Luigi's. A fun restaurant with great Italian food - New York style. Friday Night Seafood Buffet is extremely popular. The salad bar is decent. But we come for the pizza with a killer Caesar Salad...Luigi's always delivers...not literally...you know what I mean! The Best!
