My husband and I have eaten at Trombino's several times and always enjoy the food. The menu is extensive and has everything from steak to pasta. Crusty, warm Italian bread is included with all meals. Salads are extra and are offered in two sizes. We like the spinach salad and this time, asked to have the bacon crumbled on top... More

This is like a restaurant trying to pass as a chic Italian bistro to local rednecks. I confess, I am an Italian food snob. I make my own pasta, and my marinara is made with fresh tomatoes, so take this review with a grain of salt. We were traveling through on our way home to Durango, CO, and I was... More

Got in early to beat the rush. By the time we left, it was standing room only. Locals love it which says a lot about the quality of the food and service. Wasn't very noise and, despite the number of customers, service was excellent.

This little place serves excellent food. We were there on a Friday evening, and it was packed. The food is the draw, with an extensive menu of mostly Italian dishes, especially lots of pastas, superbly prepared. Moreover, it's very affordable. We had dinner for two and a nice bottle of wine for $70 before tip. The portions are large, more... More

We've been craving Italian food, a hearty lasagna and parmigiano. So glad we read about this place and gave it a go. We made reservations since it's a Saturday night. We arrived a few minutes early and they were able to seat us. Host is friendly and nice. Our waitress was prompt, and did a great job on checking on... More

Food and service were excellent. Generous portions. We had four different dishes and everyone raved about their food. I had chicken with pesto and pasta. Delish! Moderately priced. Would definitely recommend.

There was lots of options on the menu and the food was fantastic. The wait staff were very attentive and very professionally attired. It made for a very pleasant evening out.

Really wanted to like this place. Glad to pick a Mexican food alternative. Maybe it was our timing. We ate here during the first weekend of Balloon Fiesta. Husband's Salmon dinner was extremely undercooked (actually raw in the middle). My Veal piccata was super gristly. Everything was way over salted! Only right thing; Pasta was cooked properly. Table of four... More

Older restaurant with fresco paintings on the wall, authentic Italian food, and great service. My husband ordered the veal piccata (his go-to in any Italian restaurant) and I ordered the Salmon Cake Salad. Both entrees were delicious! The dessert menu, specifically the tiramisu, looked out of this world. Unfortunately, there was no way I could take another bite of food.... More
