You choose your protein with all your entrees and white or brown rice. Really fast service. There are many signature dishes , coffee chicken, walnut shrimp, mapo tofu, etc. Vegan upon request, many rice and noodles dishes. Some interesting snacks. This was great place for dinner for fusy grandkids because they customise everything.

Albuquerque is not exactly a mecca for Chinese food, but Fan Tang is some of the best in Albuquerque (they are owned by the same company as Chows, which is also pretty tasty). Good quality meats, fresh ingredients and friendly service. Sauces are pretty good too.

Super little American Chinese restaurant with good service, comfortable seating and a well balanced menu. Best part is good food and great prices but parking is tight.

Great variety of Asian inspired food. I've lived in Japan for five years and really enjoy Asian food. The food hear is good and I enjoyed it a lot. Try the coffee chicken, you won't go wrong.

Ordered food and it was delivered to our table. They have a nice variety with some unique spins (coffee infused chicken for one). It was loud and difficult for conversations.

These folks just keep pulling us back. I have tried most everything on the menu at this point and have yet to be disappointed. Pot-stickers and coffee chicken is still my go to meal, but everything else is wonderful. The service is outstanding. The prices are quite reasonable. What more could be asked for. Perfect.

And I definitely got a gluten free meal quickly! I've seriously missed good Asian food as a Celiac, and this place does not dissapoint at all! I don't remember the name of my meal, but it involved curry noodles. Very delicious. Definitely give it a go if you are in Albuquerque and wanting Asian. (Especially if you need to be... More

This restaurant occupies a small building at the corner of Carlisle and Central Avenue and has a tiny adjoining parking lot. It is an offshoot of Chow's Asian Bistro in Cottonwood Mall on the West side of the city, and shares much of the menu to be found at its sister restaurant. It is there, however, that the similarities end.... More

At this bistro you'll find a variety of Asian dishes to satisfy your palate. I've tried just about everything and I don't think there is a dish that I don't like. If your plans allow, visit the bistro during happy hour where you can get excellent prices on their appetizers. This place is always fantastic...great food served piping hot and... More

Ate here with my son for lunch. Had the Mongolian Beef and Vietnamese Rolls, both made gluten free. I enjoyed both very much. It's the only place I've found gluten free Asian food, and they have quite a few choices. The service was quick and friendly as well. All in all, a very good experience.
