Small place but awesome food, good variety, fix it while you wait. Looking forward to trying the breakfast menu; the lunch was awesome.

As other reviewers have noted, this is a hole in the wall type restaurant, not a fine dining establishment. That being said, the food is GOOD. I usually get the Alinstante Plate, which includes a tasty tamale, along with your choice of meat, rice, beans, cheese, and red or green chile. They have a small dining room area if you... More

We discovered this place at the 2014 NM State Fair, then sought out this location not far from the airport. Not much else in the area but it's worth the trip. It's one of the first places we go when we fly into ABQ. Genuine NM Chile smell greets you at the door.

I always get in from Texas late it seems and it's just about closing time at this burrito stop. I've made it a point to eat there now every time I get into Albuquerque from my route. The food is excellent a little pricey for a burrito but still well worth it. I can appreciate the time they invest in... More

This is a drive through place. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong. You might want to order an extra one or two, because they are that good!

This is one of those "hole in the wall" restaurants that is a must try. About once a week I go here for lunch. I always get the 3 Taco plate which I believe is #13 on the menu. These tacos are fantastic, the service is great and you can watch them assemble the tacos so you can see what... More

This is what you call a burrito! They are huge! Full of ranchero bans , cheese and your meat. I had the chicharron burrito and it was excellent with green chiles. The flour tortilla was home made and the flavor and the texture of the chicharron was excellent. Also great sweet tea. Service was very fast. After 1:00 pm and... More

Two of the reasons I look forward to the New Mexico State Fair are Alinstante's breakfast and chicharrone burritos. This year we enjoyed both while watching the Texas Longhorn show in the beef barn next door. Two other don't misses at the fair are ice cream or a milkshake at the dairy barn across the road and the pie at... More

Love this little place but have to admit the people who work there need to learn better English. Had to repeat my order 3 times!

While the burrito was delicious, and I enjoyed eating it, about 2 hours afterwards I was very sick. My wife also got a burrito, and she was fine. So i'm sure my experience was the exception rather than the norm. I'd be a little wary going back. She got the green chili burrito and I got the #3 (with ground... More
