If you have a refined palette this place sucks. If you want a step above fast food it is tolerable. For Mediterranean food they do a lousy job. For starters they can't take a to go order. Left out my dinner and I clearly told them and repeated it. Then the lentil soup is watered down. The hummus is worse... More

This is our go to Middle Eastern place (after Mazza of course) when we're down on 33rd near the movie theaters. Love the Moussaka, love the sampler plate. Their pita is top notch. Order the cardamon tea as a beverage.

The best Mediterranean food I have had in years! I love Mediterranean food and this will be my new frequent flyer food favorite! The appetizer sampler was so good I couldn't stop eating the hummus, baba ghanooj, mast-o moosir, falafel, sheeps feta cheese, olives, dolmas, pickled turnips & pita bread and I was stuffed full when the main course arrived.... Enjoyed a variety of traditional Med apps - hummus, baba g, grape leaves, tadziki, olives. As good as any in SLC, good prices and prompt, bubbly service. Atmosphere is a bit dated.

Nice ambience, delicious Mediterranean food. Appetizers are really super. Try the mixed platter appetizer. The lamb shank is good too. Lots of parking, can get crowded on weekends.

My friend has been coming here for well over a decade and last night she picked it for our meal. My experience with Greek and Mediterranean food is basically limited to Gyros and Kabobs but I am usually up for trying someplace new so let's eat. The restaurant is a small building located on the south side of 3300 South... More

Traditional Greek and Mediterranean food. I love the assorted olives drenched in olive oil! Hummus is a specialty! Greek salads, Gyro plate, Couscous salads, Chicken kabobs, and save room for a little slice of baklava! Cafe Med is a great choice for any day any time. Friends, families, couples, colleagues, great food, and good times with earnest consistent service every... More

I eat here often and especially like their greek salad dressing and hummus. 4 stars because the gyro meat is sometimes hard and overburnt and they do not put enough feta on the salads. Depends on the kitchen staff but usually good overall.

I liked it. I had the Lemon Chicken kabob and got the lemon rice with it. Really good. It was a bit of a wait for our food. I feel like the place was nice but kinda ghetto at the same time. But the ghetto places always end up being my favorite places to eat!

I've eaten here numerous times over the years and really like their food. Their chicken soup is awesome, and I also love their apricot stuffed meatballs. I ordered falafels once that were overcooked and dry, but when I complained, they brought me some fresh ones that were better. Service can be a little slow, but the food is good. Yes,... More
