Tried this for the first time. Wonderful dining room and the service was good. The food was very authentic and delicious. Would recommend the flautas for sure. The guacamole appetizer was amazing.

I've never had bad service and the food is always excellent. Soooooo YUM! The wait can be kind of long (30 min+), but it's always been worth the wait!

Ordered the tamales. Very good. Just as good as the original Red Iguana. When the other restaurant has a line around the corner I can count on this one.

Consistent quality for many years, and the second restaurant shows no drop-off in quality, though it's a little noisier. Prices are moderate, but we typically get two or three meals each out of our orders.

I started going to Red Iquana 2 after finding it difficult to get into Red Iquana. The food is equally good and has a variety of moles which are still not too easy to find at Mexican restaurants. Unfortunately, RI2 has become at least as...More

Rather than join the 'standing parade' , that you see EVERY weekend as you cruise down North Temple in the evening, we decided to try the newer #2 version of this INfamous and renowned Salt Lake hot spot. I know, I, know, the run-down ambience...More
