What a great little place to eat. We got there at 11 pm and dinner service was still going on, got a few small plates to share, which were delicious, a couple of really good martinis, also delicious, and enjoyed the atmosphere.

OK it's not really tapas: the portions are too generous for that, but it certainly follows the tapas format, of being able to order dishes to share as the evening unfolds. The two of us found that five dishes and a shared dessert were ample,...More

My wife and I met up with a close friend in downtown Salt Lake to "tapas crawl" a few places we have wanted to try. One of the stops was to Eva's. We were very glad we included this place. We had intended to just...More

On our trip home to Georgia we had one night in SLC. On Tripadvisor I found the restaurant and we visited this place. The food was very good, people very friendly. If I am in SLC again, this will be on my returning list.

Small, and unassuming. Big flavors. Nice wait staff, and attentive. I've eaten here several times in my travels. Recommend: Crispy Crab Cakes, Sauteed Brussel Sprouts (sound yukky, doesn't it?), Pork Belly, Grilled Scallops, Lobster Ravioli (which is an entree, but I'm on a roll). I...More

Chose to eat here for change of pace downtown based on other reviews during overnight stay on return leg of vacation. Seated immediately on patio for Monday evening dinner. Excellent variety of drink selections. Small plates allowed three-member family to share good sampling - crab...More

My husband and I have loved this restaurant since it opened a few years ago. We would visit it more often if parking were a bit more convenient. Not that it's not worth a walk, especially in the summer when you can dine on the...More

Our dinner group of older ladies chose this small bistro for our June get together. We were lucky enough to get a secluded table on the very small but charmingly quirky patio on a lovely June evening. We ordered one of almost all the small...More

The service is very quick and friendly and there is an extensive selection of wines by the glass and creative cocktails. The calamari was a little disappointing, probably frozen, with that soft, mealy taste you get. But this was a small flaw in an otherwise...More

Eva is dedicated to and named after chef Charlie Perry's great grandmother. Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating. At Eva, our tapas style dining promotes a communal sense of enjoyment. We have an extensive and varied small plates menu, craft cocktails and hand picked wine list.
