After seeing all the anti-American propaganda at Museo de Revolución and Playa Giron in the past few days, it was heartwarming to see this restaurant with a small American flag hanging near the Cuban flag on the wall. Video of Rod Stewart in concert was a funny touch. Our... More

A lot of changes here....revamped after the passing of the owner, now run by his surviving spouse. I asked to visit the kitchen and was surprised at what I saw. The kitchen is spotless and all preparation is conducted with the highest regard for hygiene and correct food handling procedures. Chef Fernando and Chef Jose are dedicated craftsmen who lovingly... The grilled prawns we had were absolutely delicious, not very expensive & a huge portion. But geez, from entering the restaurant to getting our food was over an hour. I was absolutely starving!

is located in a good area of el Prado, was recommended to us. As I understand the quality of the paladar has gone down. I wasn't pleased with my meal, the shrimp were decent and a large portion, my yuca was cold as was the beans and rice. The service was a bit slow on a slow night. We were... More

For those that are looking for a little fun with their meal, this place is a must. Santie is a unique character who has adorned his establishment with rock and roll posters of yesteryear, including British invasion bands of the sixties and seventies and American classic rock bands from the seventies and eighties. He has hundreds of DVD's of intercepted... More

It is like walking backwards in time, this restaurant is rock and roll, there are posters on the walls of rock bands from the 70s. The owner states he is the Jurassic park of rock and roll. The food is the best I have had in Cuba. This restaurant definitely goes out of their way to do what you would... More

The restaurant walls are covered in rock posters. Old rock. A large stuffed animal wolf on a stool. Old music playing, but not too loudly. It was a very cool place. Very fun. Santy was awesome, provided great service. The food was a bit salty to the two of us who had shrimp, but the others in my group loved... More

A funky place run by El Lobo ("The Wolf") a rock n roller with an affinity for the Rolling Stones. Place is fun, food is very good and the tab inexpensive.
